He inspected the car and asked if he could call M&L directly to explain to him that he should do the right thing and refund us, which M&L said just tighten it up and it will be fine!! The new mechanic said the parts they used were wrong, not bolted tight enough and some of the things they listed that were done were in fact NEVER DONE!!! He said not only did they screw me but left me in a dangerous car(the tire could have fallen off at any time)!! Needless to say I'm working with my credit card to get my money back. Then he asked for my pin when I told him it was not a credit card and he did not seem to understand what it was, he gave me back the card and refused to sell me gas.
