Whatever you do avoid going to the Exxon on Rte 202- Ramapo Valley Road, immediately in front of you when you get off Rte 202 north. I went there today and gave the gas attendant my mobil rewards card. He looked at it as if he had never seen it before then proceeded to act as if it was a credit card. Then he asked for my pin when I told him it was not a credit card and he did not seem to understand what it was, he gave me back the card and refused to sell me gas. This was after he shut down 2 of the pumps so that he did not have to walk back and forth from pump to pump, and I had to maneuver around cars to get to the right side of my gas tank. .I am calling Exxon because this is enuf to ruin their reputation, but one thing is for sure I will NEVER go back to that Exxon station. read more

We had car issues and got stranded waiting for a tow for 5 hours. Anthony was amazing. He gave my son, husband, and myself waters while we waited. He tried to help us with our car and kept checking on us. He kept allowing us to stay inside to stay warm from the freezing temps. Terrible service. Ridiculous prices obviously because they get you coming off 287. Rude, slower than sh@t and intentionally obnoxious. If my leg wasn't broken, I would've broken one of theirs. Stay away. You have a Lukoil about a quarter mile past (no bargain either) and a Gulf each direction that has significantly lower prices. Hate even giving them one star. read more

RIP OFF!!! Can't believe I pulled up to this place as if it were just another jersey gas station not far from where I live. Didn't take a second look at the price bc I had to go to the bathroom so bad lol and had 1 mile until empty. 89$ later I was confused since I hadn't seen that price in many years!! 4/2/2017 $3.69 per gallon for diesel. I live across from a quick check and pulled in my driveway to see $2.31 per gallon. I will be reporting this station as $1.40 per gallon more expensive is excessive gauging!! read more

Zero stars for this guy! The biggest jerk ever works here! We are not from NJ and were unaware of the full service law. My husband gets out of car to get gas and the guy approaches us. Instead of him just informing us of the law, he screams at us and is so so rude. Never have I ever been treated like this so unprovoked. He storms off so I follow him inside to explain to him that we are not from NJ and ask him to come outside. He (in the phone) starts bad mouthing us to the guy on the other end of line. Horrid place never go here. Guy is slow and rude. I waited 4 minutes at the pump for him to come finally got out of the car, and he tells me dont you dare touch the pump walls away for another 2 minutes to finally put my gas in, but doesn't touch the button, he did ask me what I wanted. This event happened on June 3rd 2019*****First their price for gas was $3.39 a gallon...after I left I went to another gas station and paid $2.59a gallon..Secondly I Went here only because i was running on fumes. I sat at the pump and waited approx 7 minutes.. no one came out to help me.. when I walked in to the bay area a man said we will be out there in a few minutes... I would have left if I wasnt afraid of running out of gas.... I waited at the pump for another 5 minutes and then tried using my credit card and pumped my own gas..1 gallon.. I yelled out "thanks i got it myself!!"... there was a mechanic who was off to the side who yelled out "they are on a shift change"...I asked so im supposed to sit here for 20 minutes and wait....I replied don't worry I wont ever be back ... he yelled "Good"..... $2.29 per gallon regular....we left. Down the street we paid $1.77. Really?! What's with this guy??

I went into this gas station on May 21, 2019, to get gas and to get a soda from the vending machine. I put two dollars into the machine but it did not produce a soda. I went out to the gas attendant and told him that the machine ate my money. He said that's not our responsibility and he told me that there was a phone number on the vending machine that I should call. I assumed that the phone number was for the vending machine company but it wasn't; it was for the service station which was about five steps away from the vending machine. When I called the number and found this out, the person at the service station told me that if I if I were still there I could get my money back or a soda. But I wasn't still there. I was already on the road on my way back to Texas--because the moronic attendant didn't tell me to talk to the people a few steps away rather than call a phone number. When I did call a couple of times to see if I could get my two dollars back, I finally was told by the person in charge that he simply would not go to the trouble of talking to the vending machine company and sending me two dollars. He said, ridiculously, that I could come in and get the two dollars or the soda, but as I was in Texas and not New Jersey, that was impossible. Pretty chintzy if you ask me. read more
