Helped me out in a bind, were honest with the work and estimate. I loved how laid back the environment was and how friendly the person greeting me along with the tech I worked with was. I hope our car won't break anytime soon, but if I ever need help with anything European, Edge will be the only place I'll go. So, based on the other Yelp reviews, I trekked up to Edge Motorsport in Sloatsburg to get the inspection sticker on my new ride. Their shop is great with a lot of cool cars in the lot and in for things. There was a fabulous ABT modified Audi, a Murcielago in for what looked like a major, and a few other fine German, English, and Italian marques. The people here are great, too. Friendly, knowledgeable... exactly what you want in a nice shop to take care of your fine motor car. ;) I didn't have an appointment, but rolled in on a random Thursday. They took my car in immediately and took care of the inspection -- and even installed that dash cam that I'd been meaning to get to but haven't because I've been too busy... ( that was so helpful bring my wife couldn't be home and I was at work also). I met them at the time they said they would be there and resolved my heater issue! They they answered all my questions clearly and concisely and went over the charges line by line. I really appreciated their demeanor and once I calmed down, we had a couple laughs. That certainly isn't the easiest business, because people are usually in a panic or enraged when they come into that office.... No one ever really plans on having to pick up their car after it's been towed or impounded, however, should you find yourself in that situation with this establishment, rest assured that they will take good care of your car and give you exemplary customer service even if you verbally assault them.

On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them."
