I just finished a lymphatic drainage massage with Angella and as soon as I got home, I had to write…read morea review. I feel bad because I started out with one of those (silent service please) cards on the stool ((sorry Angella)) but as the service got started, she gave me tidbits of information on what she was doing and why. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. Even as I'm sitting at home, I expected to feel kind of crappy after because of all the toxins being pushed out but I feel great. I can not say enough good things about Angella. I highly highly recommend for a lymph massage if you're looking for someone! I'll definitely be back!

Do NOT come to this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this…read moresituation was handled by the front reception was unprofessional and lacked basic communication. I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee. Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere. The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience. Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.

That's how good I think he is. He takes the time with you, you get to listen to soothing music while you undergo treatment, and the pain is gone either right when you leave or shortly after. I go to him because I have upper back problems. My 5-7 vertibrea have calcium hooks on them and it can be very painful. At my worst time, it took three treatments before the pain was gone. I have also gone to him for Facial Neuropathy - Trigeminal Neuropathy. The nerves in my face are scared, and I can get excruciating pain that can last for months - but if I go in to him for treatments, the pain has gone away in one treatment.. I have gone through many many Chiropratic visits, and this Acupuncture is by far the best route for me to go. Especially with Dr. Brown. He is curteous, and does an amazing job.

I came to her with severe pain in the first MTP joint of my right big toe, which was especially troublesome at night and often interrupted my sleep. My podiatrist had discussed several possible surgical options, including joint replacement, joint fusion, or removal of the bone spur with joint remodeling. Since surgery was not my first choice, I decided to try acupuncture with Dr. Pan first to see if it could help relieve the pain. And it did! Since starting treatment, my pain has improved significantly, and my sleep has improved tremendously as well. There are even times when I completely forget that I have a problem with my big toe! I'm especially grateful for Dr. Pan's skill, careful assessment, and thoughtful approach. What started as an attempt to find some relief has given me renewed hope that this long-standing problem can improve without immediately turning to surgery.
