They always have samples to try and you can make yourself a complimentary coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate. Last summer they even had really good iced tea! Items for sale are all price ranges, without selling junk. Make sure to pick up a map of downtown, showing all the businesses. The map is located on the counter. The girls working the store are pretty, vibrant, helpful and pleasant. I'm always buying toffee, candles and Lakegirl brand clothes from there - plus so many other wonderful things. Note: they have another wonderful shop 3 doors down (books, toys, home decor, & more). Don't miss it!

It's a pretty large space with two sections--it looks like it was two storefronts that were combined into a single shop. The second section has some children and baby items as well as an ice cream shop, which was unexpected. I bought a cute photo frame and some warm super fluffy socks that I am really excited to wear (this is adulting, apparently). They had a small collection of books as well, and I can't seem to get out of a place that has children's books without buying one for my child. Incidentally the book I bought here, which is small and not one of great fame, has become her favorite book. The woman at the store was friendly when I checked out. Something to note is that it is not accessible. There is one or two steps to get into the main shop, and if you go to the part with the ice cream shop there are a couple steps to get into that half of the shop. Parking is plentiful.

They have a variety of items, so you could easily find a gift for someone here if you're not looking for yourself. They had some cute wind chimes and there was one I liked a lot, but I just moved and am not familiar enough with my new home to know where it could go. They had some plants and planters--I certainly don't need another planter but there was a hedgehog on that was too cute to leave on the shelf. They have some t-shirts, including some Park Falls souvenir ones. There were some baby items, jewelry, and what they're probably best known for--their bath bar. They had a nice large sink and a variety of oils, soaps, and so on for folks to smell and try. I didn't buy any bath stuff but I always appreciate when a store selling lotions and potions has a sink for you to rinse off. Service was friendly and not pushy. Parking is super easy; I'm not sure if there's ever a busy time in Park Falls, but there was street parking directly in front of the store and throughout the downtown.
