The property has been in my family for over 70 years, so I wanted the job to be done right. The company came highly recommended to me by the structural engineer I called to assess the problem. This past summer I called upon the company for another project, now completed. I have recommended them to others and wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises.

I…read morehad seen some bad jobs by others in the past, but Jason Brown's work was excellent, on floors that had seen better days. He replaced some damaged boards with original wood that was a perfect match. He also worked with them as they moved their furniture and went out of town for the weekend, during which time he completed the job. Jason Brown did an equally fantastic job with our house. We had not moved in, so we all had that to our advantage. He refinished our original early-20th century hardwood floors with inlay strips around the edges, as well as newer bamboo floors in the kitchen. We went for no stain. Jason's knowledge of historic flooring really showed in our conversation during his site visit. He was so professional and accommodating, even though I'm kind of a jerk. The job went perfectly smoothly and quickly, completing our whole downstairs in two days. I admittedly didn't get other estimates, as his price didn't shock me and I knew I could rely on his quality, service and schedule. We couldn't recommend Jason Brown Wood Floors any more highly! Hopefully he will still be willing to come back and do our upstairs!

My wife and I decided last year to upgrade our house that we have been living in for 15 years. The…read morehouse, built in 1969, was remodeled before we moved in. But after 15 years, it was starting to look dated. We decided on replacing all the carpet with flooring, paint the entire interior, replace a patio door, screen screen door another window with problems, and finally completely redo both bathrooms. We replaced the vanities and toilets with a contractor. Hired another contracting company that used sub-contractors, and Bath Doctor to replace the shower downstairs, and upstairs the tub/shower. Both were old looking, so we looked forward to the work. Bath Doctor advised us the work would take 4 days. And they took 4 days to make our bathrooms beautiful! Their work was professional, and they take pride in their work. We were more than happy with the final product. Thank you Karen for everything. Your family business is the best.

I must say, after suffering through so many half-baked contractors who think they know better, I…read morewas quite prepared for disappointment. But RemodelNow... they delivered. We had our bathroom completely redone -- a proper luxury soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Not those pathetic little plastic boxes most companies try to force on people. Steve, the sales representative, actually listened instead of pushing whatever cheap package they had leftover that week. Quite refreshing, I must admit. The crew worked cleanly, on schedule, and without the usual drama of disappearing for days or inventing "unexpected costs." The finished bathroom looks genuinely expensive. The tub is deep and comfortable, the walk-in shower has proper water pressure and space, and the overall quality is far above what one typically finds in this market. Most remodelers these days seem content to do the bare minimum and call it "luxury." RemodelNow, to their credit, did not. They simply did the work correctly. If you are tired of mediocre results and condescending excuses, speak to Steve. For once, the outcome justified the expense

From the first meeting with our sales rep Steve, they were clear, professional, and didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't need. Steve walked us through everything without the usual pressure and made the whole process feel straightforward. The crew showed up on time, kept the house cleaner than expected, and actually communicated when something was going to take a little longer. No disappearing for days or random surprise charges. The finished kitchen looks better than the 3D render they showed us, which almost never happens. As someone who usually overthinks every home project, it was genuinely low-stress. They handled the details, answered questions without making me feel dumb, and the quality of the work is solid. We've already recommended them to two friends.
