He had an oversized red truck that he was unable to park and probably shouldn't have if he can't park it. We moved to another spot but then decided if patrons could not park in a spot designated for the store they are going to and are so rudely addressed it's not worth our time and money. We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

The designer was not detail oriented when it came to measurements and selection. I felt I had to handle the design myself and document my own measurements and selections. Responsiveness was sketchy at best. I had some damaged product which resulted in months of delays (not Mill Valleys fault) BUT they should have advised me to open ALL cabinet boxes and inspect thoroughly instead of only opening fronts. I was disappointed in the Candlelight product, but that's another story. If you want a company to handle all aspects of your kitchen remodel then this is NOT the place to go. You can save some money here (on cabinets) but in my experience the savings was not worth it.

We wanted a simple but very high quality look for a country stone farm house.. Mill Valley showed us white full inset shaker style cabinetry from two of its semi-custom brands. We chose one which was great but saved us $10,000 compared to the highest end line they carry. It was a very long process given everything we had to do and delays with our contractor. But they were very patient and went with us to other places to help pick everything out, even though they weren't selling us the flooring, and appliances. They were also very helpful with the counters, which they don't make either. We went to two different places and learned a lot about surfaces. Ultimately we went back to granite, and we learned you have to be picky because some granite is more beautiful and marbleized than others, and most folks get tired of moving slabs around so you can cherry pick their best stuff. I would definitely recommend Mill Valley if you want a very high end kitchen at a reasonable price.

Robbie and his father went out of their way to make sure I got a brand new better floor and took care of it. They stopped selling the product that I initially bought because of my situation. They are a stand-up family owned and operated business that really went out of their way to help me in my situation. They didn't have to, but they did. They stand by their products and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend RPS Carpet and Flooring to everyone and anyone who needs to replace or newly install flooring. But everything went great with Floors Etc. I got an estimate, met them at their showroom, picked my flooring and took a sample home, set up a date for install, and they showed up on time! They got the work done in a timely manner and it looks great. They were out of stock of the stair floor nosings, but got them and installed then a couple days later so no big deal. I am very happy with my choice.
