Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal Mission Green customer for almost 6 years. I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.

My only intent was for someone to know my experience and make a decision accordingly. I've lived in my neighborhood for 30 years and never had a harsh word with any neighbor so that's a nice try on your part. I don't really care what you say. You only had one review before I provided a review. After my review you got two friends to come out and say whatever you wanted them to say which was hysterical. I wish you luck maybe when you grow up you'll have a successful business. Btw The person who does my driveway now does an unbelievable job and doesn't seem to have the same issue with my property . He actually gets out of his truck and blows the snow away. In addition he's a hard-working respectable young man. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise since I now have something to compare with. There are too many hard-working honest people out there to deal with this.
