I started calling around to the places recommended to us but no one could get us in for more than a week, and for about $1000 plus traffic at rush hour to get there. Of course, we would hate to pay it but it HAD to be done. Then, I found Dr. Loving! He got my husband in THAT DAY for less than half the price! His office was very close, and although my husband was a nervous wreck, he came out of there so pleased with everything. Because the other dentist had already taken X-rays, his office couldn't take any more (due to my insurance) unless I paid out of pocket. I only had a copy of my X-rays printed on paper. But Dr. Moore, being the miracle worker he is made these copies work for him even though I offered to pay out of pocket for more X-rays if he needed me to. Dr. Moore fixed my tooth on the top that I thought was cracked and had a lost filling. He discussed with me that he didn't think the crack in my tooth went very far into the tooth and I had a 50/50 chance that he could help. By doing this, he was trying to save my tooth and save me money. I told him to try to save the tooth and try to stop my pain. Well, he worked his magic and drilled the tooth and it worked! I love the fact that he even called me himself the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any pain! I have always been afraid of dentists and he really made me feel at ease! I really appreciated how he looked at my tooth and talked to me, I mean really talked to me about my options and took time to explain what he saw to me. That was extra special to me because prior to seeing him, I had a horrible experience elsewhere about the same tooth a few days before seeing him. And his staff was also excellent! My neighbor broke a tooth and had two teeth that needed to be pulled. They managed the pain while the antibiotics worked over the weekend and squeezed her in on Monday. Dr. Moore saw that two more would soon need to be pulled so he removed all four. I would never consider going to any other dentist.

In fairness, by the time I was called back my attitude wasn't pleasant. This office has to many distractions, Music and televisions in both the waiting and the treatment rooms. My old Dentist had the TV in the treatment room but their hygentist would ask if you would like to see something different or did the television bother me. My TV was tuned to a conservative TV program focusing on the news, I could have done without the TV but apparently she wanted her news. My technician attempted small talk but I wasn't in the mood for answering personal questions that had already been asked and answered on my registration. I.e. where I lived and worked or if I was retired and my reason for the visit. After taking 18 Xrays (seriously) the tech then asked me if I wanted my teeth cleaned? DUH! that was my reason for the appointment. Then, the doctor comes in and speaks never extending his hand. Something my other dentist always did and as a older male (64) something I am accustomed to doing when meeting another male in a business setting. Overall everyone was nice but as a southern born male who considers myself a gentleman I didn't feel appreciated. I left my old dentist because of a billing issue that was made by a staff member but will likely go back now.

I called around 530 and was told to arrive at 630 by a very friendly man. I arrived late with my small human in tow and they staff could not have been friendlier. After xrays and paperwork my tooth had to be extracted due to physical damage. I was in a great deal of pain , the doctor was welcoming and calming and had to give me three injections. I felt none of the injections ( I hate and terrified by the dentist ) from time of injection to extraction was a total of 9 minutes and that was allowing the injection to numb. there was no pain what so ever , fast professional and i can not recommend enough. this office while not fancy is full of professional, loving and amazing doctors .
