Of the four quotes I got the roofing Brothers really knocked it out of the park. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive but what they were was really nice and great people. One of the things they did that nobody else did they're really sold me and my family. While on the roof Evan filmed the video and uploaded to YouTube so that I could see it share with my family but they could show all their friends and I could also share with my coworkers. The video made it easy to keep going back and remember what was told to me how to get a visual of what was going to happen. The video walkthrough was a great touch and they're the only contractor to offer that. Unlike other contractors who were able to give me a quote supposedly based on Google maps, they actually showed up and made sure the quote would be valid. Well they don't offer in-house financing, it sure were helpful and trying to help me find financing and money to get the roof done. They stated communication with me and provided contacts for other people to try to get this job done. I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct but on the contract I believe I went to school with these guys because of their last name. Knowing that they grew up in Palm Bay, they can catch all the jokes about how bad the local city is. They regularly laughed at my terrible dad jokes, whatever was at the house he was talking to my dog in a way that made me feel like he was a trustworthy person. Once it came time to start the job all I had to do was pick out a color. Me being me, the regular color palette just wasn't going to do it. So when all my wisdom of online searching I found a different color in the same series that they were not offering. Once I asked about the color Brad seem very interested to know that something else might be available and to see what the price difference would be. Immediately called his distributor and try to find out how crazy I was and if this product actually existed. Turns out it existed at no extra and was in stock which led to my roof going to really crazy color palette but I'm very happy with. I expected the color palette to be a little more extreme but for the first time I've done something to my house at the neighbors appreciate and don't face palm and shake their head as they walk by. Brad was able to handle everything in the office for me. He handled the permit and the inspections I had to do nothing except pay him. What's even more surprising is the fact that they would show up after I had already left for work and by time I got home from work there was nobody there. I could even tell but there had been people that were working on the roof. I had to climb up there to confirm that the roof had been stripped and replaced with peel and stick. They did a great job making it appear nobody was ever there. I've yet to find any loose nails in the grass. It's a very impressive feat of engineering but they were able to show up and do all this work without me even knowing it was done yet. Besides the traumatic experience to my savings account to pay for this roof is overall been a great experience business-wise and experience. I would highly recommend the roofing Brothers to anybody within their area. It was overall a great experience, they treated me like family the entire time. I even gave them a date of what I could show up and there were completely relaxed about it and didn't argue with me and told me everything would be okay and we're very grateful when I showed up. This is the type of business you really do want working on your house. Well I'll still suggest you get three quotes for your roof I'm highly confident that you will end up going with a roofing Brothers. Just the way they communicate with you makes it a solid investment and I want to see the quality of work they do to your house and in your yard you'll be happy that you chose these Bros.

The problem with this is some of the edges on the things delivered earlier were perfect and a professional granite repair company said of course the edges should be finished. They stopped coming on a regular basis after four weeks and turned a four to six week job into over a three month job. They didn't provide the help moving things they promised , didn't cover the furniture as promised. They didn't stick to the plan that was supposed to make it so I could live there while they worked and got angry with me when I mentioned that. They tried to do as little as possible and call it done and wanted to gaslight me into believing I was being unreasonable by expecting what was promised. One cabinet had a screw half screwed in and the cabinet holding up the microwave only has two of the four screws it's supposed to have holding it up. They left a shelf hanging in the linen closet and holes in the walls. The shelf in the bathroom was put on with two sided tape, not what I was told, and has already fallen off the wall. They claimed all the broken tile came that way but didn't keep any of it so i could return it. The last day they offered to bring half a box back for me and never did. I paid for the grout but miraculously I used exactly what was bought so there was none left over. They left no tough up paint and left without giving me any information on the paint or grout used so I could get more since there are many places that need touch up. They use a cart of mine without asking me and when I mentioned it the main helper said that if I wanted to be a prick the could be pricks too. It was so destroyed that they offered to replace the wheels on it. I picked it up the other day and the wheel fell off. They didn't clean as promised and left a mess in the garage and on my balcony. Don't use these guys!!!

The owner, Dave, offered to paint the concrete and ultimately took the cost of materials off the total when we opted to do an epoxy floor with another company. When there was a drainage problem, they came right back out and added a second downspout and water diverter on the roof. With each interaction, everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. We appreciated their willingness to discuss concerns and address in a timely manner. We love our new room with the "no see it" screen! We went over the work that needed to be done and he commenced work. A while later I needed to leave to run an errand (my wife was home though). When I got back, Cody's truck was gone, there were a lot of cut sheets of tile, but nothing on the wall and no Cody. I found a message from him on Yelp asking me to call him, which I did. It turns out he has "lost confidence" and abandoned the job. He said he tried to tell my wife before leaving, but she was unaware of this. When I spoke to Cody on the phone he indicated that I didn't owe him anything, and did offer to put me in touch with someone he felt could do the job. I didn't go with his recommendation mainly because I didn't have enough trust in him to make that choice. The guy I did hire was able to reuse some of the cut tile Code had left, but we needed to buy 5 more sheets nevertheless. There may be lots of things Cody is good at, but tiling a backsplash with herringbone tile sheets is not one of them, and abandoning a job is just not OK.

Joseph Stevens and Sons did an excellent job restoring 2 rooms to perfect condition following a…read moreleak!  Owners Vincent and Anthony showed up at the designated time to assess the situation and scheduled the job a few days later.  Their team was professional, efficient, and immaculate (they placed a protective covering on the floors and completely cleaned up everything)!  The work included ensuring there was no mold in the walls, replacing drywall and baseboards, and texturizing/painting the new materials. They completely matched the orange peel texture on the existing drywall and there's no evidence that the walls/baseboards had been repaired/replaced!  The cost seemed fair and reasonable (I didn't get multiple quotes because after meeting Vincent and Anthony, I knew they'd handle the job with care). I highly recommend Joseph Stevens and Sons for your drywall and painting needs!
