Well the day of sentencing he lied to my son on the same day of court, and said that everything changed, they were still charging him with both cases and his sentence will be 5-61/2 yrs with no judicial!! the very same day!! my son was so out of it he didn't understand by John led my son to believe he would be home under Judicial!! he lied!!
