This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. They prey on people with debts. The very first time I spoke to someone on the phone they told me my payments would be going directly to my debt which they were NOT and I was given fraudulent information. They did NOTHING to lower my debt or settle for a smaller amount, adding on that their own fees are ridiculous for the unsatisfactory work they have done. I have been trying to contact them to cease representation for the past 2 weeks via phone and mail and nobody has gotten back to me despite numerous attempts at contact.
