The first time he only spoke to my son when it was his first day of court the day before and said he would be to see him soon after. He also told my son that he should take a plea deal for a sentencing of 2-4yrs with the other charge dropped and he will be able to file for judicial after 18months with time served Included. Well the day of sentencing he lied to my son on the same day of court, and said that everything changed, they were still charging him with both cases and his sentence will be 5-61/2 yrs with no judicial!! the very same day!! my son was so out of it he didn't understand by John led my son to believe he would be home under Judicial!! he lied!! He is very unethical he is not trust worthy and he doesn't go to bat for his clients!!! He refused all of my sons calls the entire time he was in jail and never visited but once!!
