Nobody responded to me and I waited 2 weeks and I sent them another email asking them what they thought of it. And again no response now here we are in mid may and I just wanted to let them know I didn't appreciate it and they send an email telling me "they were out of the office." I find that response very cold-blooded especially for the fact that this is an emotional situation I live through it every single day I was in the hospital during covid when they were trying to put my dad on a breathing machine and recommending rendesivier which they probably used anyhow. Kay how dare you hang up on me you made the callous error of not responding to a customer in their time of need my father was murdered during covid and all you could tell me was you were out of the office, You had over 5 months to respond. Extremely unprofessional company.
