I felt my case was a priority to Mr. Slater and that he sincerely wanted what was best for me. He always took the time to answer my questions and concerns and kept me updated on the progress of my case. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. Filing a lawsuit is really overwhelming, but I always had peace of mind, knowing I was in capable hands. Mr. Slater's legal expertise and dedication to doing what is right are astonishing. I owe my case's successful outcome to Mr. Slater and the entire Slater & Zurz team. I will forever be grateful and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.

When you go looking for help with a sensitive case and is already hard for you to reach out for help and this company decided to kick you down even more is crazy . 2026 what have we come to ? I'll be posting video of this interaction on my page for shares and awareness to not do business with this company!

We have attempted to contact Barbara J. Rogachefsky, Hope, and Annie Hall regarding a $5,000…read morerefund, yet no one has offered a direct or timely response. It is troubling that they were fully available to communicate on weekends when accepting payment, but now refuse to discuss a refund until a scheduled meeting on Monday at 1 p.m.--a delay that only wastes more precious time in an ongoing custody matter. To date, no substantive work has been completed on the case. Not a single motion has been filed, not even an entry of appearance--the most elementary step in representation. Instead, we've witnessed failed attempts to access the Cuyahoga County portal and have had to file our own motions and records requests to move things forward. It appears their focus is on prolonged billing rather than effective legal action, which is entirely unacceptable. I am formally demanding a full refund of the $5,000 retainer so that I may secure an attorney who will act diligently, ethically, and in my best interest.

Absolutely terrible GAL!!!…read more If you get her assigned for your kids, immediately ask for reassignment. She charged $4800 to do minimal work, completely ignored evidenced facts, never logged into OFW, did Not start work for months after assignment, her final report was untimely, incomplete report, riddled with misspellings and grammar issues, and completely omitted a significant persons interview summary, she changed her mind multiple times on her recommendations (after telling my kids & attorneys of her plans), her secretary hung up on people who returned calls who she later claimed did not respond to request for interviews, both her and her secretary are technologically challenged. Terribly disappointed in her performance and the court allowing her to continue to do this important work. I assume she does it to fund her expensive trips while she lets children suffer through trauma on their own.

I would not recommend this attorney. Beware of this lawyer. Particularly, if you are poor, disabled…read moreor a minority. This lawyer has a chip on her shoulder and is completely bias. She will take your money and write a canned brief. Your money will be spent on her vacations out the country. She will have her secretary running interference. They will not take your calls once they have your money. The only way she will do any work on your case is if you are paying her $10,000 up front and even then, I would beware. She absolutely does not care about children, divorce or any case work. Attorney Graske does not conduct any legal research. in fact, if she had done any research on the Ohio Statue used in my case; she would've discovered it was not law. She comes across rude and bragging about winning. I had been Pro se my entire case. Hiring her will become your biggest mistake and only set you further back in life. At the conclusion of her part in the case and my lack thereof money, this woman sent me a letter and advised welfare and told me not to call her office. I would continue on the case, Pro se as I had been for years before I met this attorney. It would take me 2 years to get my same case back in court. If you hire this woman, do it at your own risk. Unfortunately, this judicial system is designed for the rich and she is among a growing population of lawyers who think their degree means something and want instant financial gratification. When they work in a city where 65% of the population is poverty stricken. As a community, we must stop paying these individuals are last money for nothing. You can lose a case on your own merits. It's the only way to change this system. If they have no clients then prices will be far more reasonable. I sincerely hope this review helps.
