I am getting ready to settle my case with Chester law against the auto insurance people for the person who hurt me. I was hurt bad and it took a while to recover. Chester law stuck with me during my rehab. My paralegal and lawyer kept me up to date every step of the way. It has taken some time, but now I am ready to settle for a fair value. I did not want to settle quick and cheap. I have talked with my lawyer about what would be a fair amount for me, and if we don't get it Chester Law will file a lawsuit and go to court and put up the thousands of dollars for experts, etc. I like the fact I will not be forced to settle by my lawyer.
