I in no means discount or disrespect people's feelings on the current health crisis but since we did not bring masks with us and some of us don't wear them for health reasons we were treated like we were not welcome and told we should shop somewhere else. Had she just explained that they require the masks with no exceptions indoors politely and respectfully, I would have no problem and we would have stayed outdoors. They have a beautiful selection of ornaments, wreaths, precut tress and the staff is friendly and helpful. They will shake and bale your tree for free and if you have a spike stand, they will drill trunk for free as well. Even though our kids are grown and moved to their own homes, my husband and I still go here and cut a tree every year, the trees this year are exceptional. The only difference now is we go during the week to avoid the crowds. They make the tree experience all about families here and because there is so much for the kids it is quite busy on the weekends so you can expect to wait to pay for things as well as seeing Santa or some of the other experiences , but it is well worth it. Also, be respectful and leave your dogs at home, they have horses that could be spooked by them.
