UR completed an outdoor project for me and they operated within my budget, worked quickly, and met my expectations, and deadlines. The UR team worked professionally, quietly, and safely. No matter which group was working on the project that day, they cleaned up every day to maintain a safe, worry free environment for my family and pets. All the members of the UR team were respectful and courteous as well. We wanted a cover for our patio and knew just enough to not try and do the job ourselves, or call various different outfitters to complete the job in long drawn out stages. I decided to turn to contract help. I haven't personally dealt with contractors before, but I know people who have. Unfortunately, there was no way to get one pre-built delivered to my back yard. It had to be built on site. That added cost, but I am very happy with the finished shed. It is very sturdy and framed up just like a house. This shed has a work bench and two storage areas in the loft. It is nice. I ordered one with the primed siding since it had to be painted to blend in as per the HOA. The crew brought the all the lumber precut to length. They assembled 8'X12' the building in about 4 hours. They did not take a break. There were three carpenters and they really worked like a professional team! When finished they cleaned up everything and were gone. Great company to do business with! Winston was super easy to work with. One can communicate with WinWood using text or by phone, which is awesome. So many folks in this field don't want to leave a digital paper trail they refuse to communicate via any means other than phoning. That tells WinWood's story: WInWood is transparent, they practice great communication, are easy to work with, and they are proud of their work. They are not afraid to be held accountable to the agreements they make, this is sadly super rare. The price was more than reasonable. I'd rather not but I'd pay a premium for such great treatment. The work they do is great but the interaction and the way they treat customers is the secret sauce that so many others know of and are unwilling to use. This place is great, I recommend them to anyone who wants great work for a reasonable price and wants to deal with someone who acts professionally and treats customers professionally. I will be hitting up WinWood for every project I have come up and make them tell me they can't or don't do X or Y before I look elsewhere and I will ask WinWood where to go.
