At the advice of these professionals, I chose to pursue nationwide insurance legally due to their neglect to fulfill their obligation in covering a roof replacement under my insurance policy at the advice of the Nuroof staff and using a recommended law Firm that they work with on these issues. After months of back-and-forth with the law firm in the insurance company, we finally got nationwide insurance to cover the cost of a full roof replacement as they should have from the beginning. We did not even end up meeting to take them to court, as they decided to do what was right after receiving the initial letter from the attorneys stating that we intended to file a lawsuit. Not only did nationwide end up covering a full roof replacement with all of the upgrades, they ended up replacing gutters, my exterior garage door, window screens, re-staining my backyard fence, and fixing a few other things as well. At the advice of the Nuroof team to go after nationwide legally, I had to come out of pocket no additional money, and ended up coming on top with an over $17,000 replacement of my roof and other items. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

My insurance agent of 25 years called me about 2 weeks before my insurance ended with American National and told me I needed to get a new roof. I did not have time to research or find a roofer so I completely trusted my insurance agent. He put me in touch with the adjuster and with Jeremy Newkirk. Jeremy was professional, kind, helpful, patient and the best contractor I've ever worked with in 25 years. He was able to get me a new roof which had upgraded shingles and upgraded gutters installed in under 2 weeks. His crew was polite, worked hard, very neat and did an amazing job! I chose to do an upgraded shingle which is a class 4 Owens Corning impact resistant shingle with synthetic underlayment. Jeremy also ran the calculations and added some extra vents on my roof which I think look really good and will help with the hot summer sun. They took off the old 15 pound felt and made sure all the decking was in good order. The synthetic underlayment is waterproof and tear proof and It doesn't absorb heat like felt does and air moves underneath it better. They added additional vents because the square footage on my house required more. They installed ice and water shields in all of the valleys and around every penetration and around the chimney. Ice and water shield is so it will seal around a nail when it's driven through. He upgraded the size of the guttering around my front door where my ash trees are so it will prevent them from getting clogged. He also added gutters around my bay window to hopefully prevent wood rot. He replaced the rotted vertical boards around my chimney. He did a fantastic job! He was the easiest and best contractor that I have worked with in the 25 years of owning this home. I highly recommend Roof Leaks and Moore!
