At the advice of these professionals, I chose to pursue nationwide insurance legally due to their neglect to fulfill their obligation in covering a roof replacement under my insurance policy at the advice of the Nuroof staff and using a recommended law Firm that they work with on these issues. After months of back-and-forth with the law firm in the insurance company, we finally got nationwide insurance to cover the cost of a full roof replacement as they should have from the beginning. We did not even end up meeting to take them to court, as they decided to do what was right after receiving the initial letter from the attorneys stating that we intended to file a lawsuit. Not only did nationwide end up covering a full roof replacement with all of the upgrades, they ended up replacing gutters, my exterior garage door, window screens, re-staining my backyard fence, and fixing a few other things as well. At the advice of the Nuroof team to go after nationwide legally, I had to come out of pocket no additional money, and ended up coming on top with an over $17,000 replacement of my roof and other items. Within five days I had a scheduled consultation with their guy Dan to go over what I was looking for, what materials and quality, colors, and additional upgrades I wanted when they replaced my roof. From that point we had The job is scheduled to be done within 5 to 7 days, and it was completed fully in one day of demo and install. They also scheduled other professionals to fix the other items that nationwide insurance ended up covering without me even having to search and contract professionals for the other parts of the job. It started by a phone call to Jason and telling him I have a leak in one of my rooms and that I have no idea how this all works. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the time that worked for me and then came by and inspected the roof, then he gave me a detailed step by step on how the whole process works including my interactions with my insurance company, and mortgage company. The process went exactly the way he described from beginning all the way till the end. Now, let me talk about the day the guys came out to replace my roof. The job was completed and they left and you wouldn't even know there was work being done from how clean they left my place. I didn't find one nail or anything left behind. They did a great job in completing the job and leaving the place clean. Now let me talk about the folks that came and did the interior repair. I wish I remember their name. They were hired by Jason and his company. They are great folks. They also did the job and left with my room super clean and you wouldn't know that I had any repair done. My ceiling looks great and you can't tell there was a repair. They worked with me on my busy schedule and were very flexible with days and times. I was so nervous and worried but I am not going to lie, Jason did a great job by being transparent and clear in his description of the process. I would recommend Home Again Roofing to anyone. They are great people. Also, they do free roof inspection so even if you are not sure that you need a roof, just call Jason and ask him to come take a look and allow yourself to be in safe hands with a great company like this one.

I turned around and a person I didn't know was standing in my private yard! He then proceeded to tell me that he had rang the doorbell, but no one answered, he then heard the mower and proceeded to the back yard. This is NOT okay. He then said, "I heard the mower, and thought I'd find a kid back here!" That is even more concerning that he would enter a private backyard, and approach a kid. He went on to tell me his speech about doing work in the neighborhood and on and on. I cannot recall how many times he asked me to let him do a free inspection, because I was shaking from the sheer audacity and surprise of a stranger in my private space. Shame on this company for taking my personal time and not giving me the choice. Shame on this man for entering a private property. Health issue prevent me from doing my lawn in a quick manner and every moment counts. He was a fool to leave his card thinking I would EVER do business or recommend this company. Buyer Beware - My Experience with Goldenrite Roofing and Construction…read more Our insurance agent recommended Goldenrite Roofing and Construction for a roof replacement project. On May 28, Blane Warner contacted us after receiving our phone number from our insurance agent. During that conversation, we explained that we wanted estimates for three roofing options: a metal roof, a high-impact shingle roof, and a composite roof. On June 9, Blane came to our property in Lawton, Oklahoma, to discuss our roofing needs. We have two separate two-story properties, one with a 12/12 pitch roof and the other with an 11/12 pitch roof and additional sloped sections. When he arrived, he parked in a neighboring church parking lot. He did not bring any roofing samples, swatches, or product information. I asked how he planned to measure the roofs since I did not see a ladder in his truck. He said he would inspect the roofs using a drone. While he was doing that, we took our dogs for a short walk around the property. When we returned, he was back at his truck and approached us with a Roofing Agreement Contract that he had already signed. The contract contained no pricing information and no estimates were attached. I asked whether he needed my email address so he could send the estimates. He handed me the contract, and I wrote my email address on it. At that point, he repeatedly insisted that we did not need estimates from other roofing companies, despite our insurance company's recommendation that we obtain multiple bids. When we explained that we were on a budget and wanted to compare prices before making a decision, he stated that we were "ill-informed" and "uneducated" about the process. We also explained that our insurance claim had already been settled and paid, and that we were not seeking any additional claim adjustments. He then told us that we were leaving money on the table and suggested he could obtain additional funds from the insurance company if we signed the agreement. We clearly stated that we would not sign a contract that contained no agreed-upon price and that we wanted to review written estimates and the full agreement before making any decision. Again, he responded by saying we were ill-informed and uneducated. The conversation became increasingly uncomfortable. He stated that he had more than 50 homes waiting for roofing work and that he could choose who he wanted to do business with. He then tore the contract in half. What concerned us most was the pressure to sign a contract before receiving any written estimate or pricing information. In our view, homeowners should never sign a contract that does not clearly state the agreed scope of work and price. We believe consumers should carefully review all terms, compare multiple estimates, and avoid signing incomplete agreements. This was our experience, and we encourage all homeowners to do their due diligence before entering into any roofing contract.

From the very beginning, I experienced communication problems with them and would keep calling to follow up regarding the next steps in getting the work done. I admit I became very frustrated with the communication and contributed to the lack of communication a couple of times. Overall, Sparks did a very poor job with follow up, providing correct information and acknowledging and addressing problems. Not only was there communication issues with me but among themselves. When I tried to address issues with one of the guys, I would often receive incorrect information due to not communicating with another staff. At one point, I was told not to bring anything up with the owner because he wouldn't write things down or remember to follow through. As the work was being finished, I had texted one of the guys to inform of issues such as paint being ripped off from the tape used or paint being on the wood floors and did not receive any response back. It wasn't until I received an invoice asking for me to pay them was there any response. It took much time to get anything resolved and there was little acknowledgement that there were actual problems. Additionally, some of the work was just sloppy. One example was that a vent was placed in a different spot than it had been originally. I was first told they couldn't put it back to where it had been which wasn't true. I had to protest multiple times to get it fixed. When two men finally came to fix it, it was quite the ordeal with them yelling and arguing with one another. They even cut into the wrong place on the sheet rock, leaving a small hole. It would take months and some coaxing for Sparks to fill in the hole. When leaving, I could hear the two men argue about not telling me about something that one of the men thought I should know. I still don't know what that was. Furthermore when painting, some of the nails were jut painted over. The movers also did a pretty sloppy job with furniture placed in random rooms. Curtains were placed on backwards. Wood floor now has a deep scratch from furniture moved. One bed was pretty dirty. When I received an invoice following no response of the issues I was trying to address, the amount due did not match the estimate and was a pretty even number with any explanation. When I asked for an itemized list of charges, it took a couple of weeks to get this and the total amount due still did not match the invoice. I have finally have gave up and wad tired of dealing with it. I'm glad it seems others had a better experience but it was pretty poor one for me.
