This wasn't just a haircut--it was an experience. The attention to detail was incredible. Not only did he give me an elegant, perfectly finished haircut, but he also cleaned up my eyebrows, used a straight razor on the back of my neck and face, and even trimmed up my ear hair. Every little detail was taken care of. The vibe of this place is straight out of a movie. You can tell they take tremendous pride in what they do, and they genuinely want you to leave looking and feeling your absolute best. I did a quick search and GA Barbershop popped up first--only 950 feet from my hotel. I gave them a call, asked if they were busy and if I could come in. "No problem," they said. When I got there, I met the owner, waited maybe two minutes, and then Moe called me over to his chair. From start to finish--what an awesome experience. The haircut, beard trim, and straight razor shave were all top-notch. If you're looking for a barbershop in the area, this is the place to go. I've already added them to my address book, so anytime I'm back in town and need a cut, I know exactly where I'm going. Thanks again, guys--much appreciated.

The stylist cut my beard MUCH shorter than we agreed to while my glasses were off…read more This was in the Westwood, MA location. I had a beard that was about 4 inches long. I asked the stylist to tame it and we agreed to a spot about 3 inches, plus trim on the sides. I removed my glasses and said "I trust your judgement" which was a mistake. She worked on it and when she was done I put my glasses back on and my beard was less than an inch long. She said when she got to the spot we agreed to she thought it was still too wild so she kept trimming, without asking me. I didn't complain, because the damage was done and I thought it would grow back quickly, but a month later it's still much shorter than I want - and much shorter than we agreed to. If I can't trust a stylist while my glasses are off, I can't go back here.
