We walked in on a busy Saturday morning and waited 20 minutes for our turn. Inside is very comfortable with leather chairs, premier league soccer on a big screen on, and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. The decor is modern yet welcoming with all the Boston sports teams pictures on the wall. For kids, they have a fun car shaped barber shop chair and a screen playing kids shows. Felt way less chaotic then going to a kids place like Snip Its. There were several kids there today also getting their hair cut so they definitely have experience. For $25, the price was reasonable and worth every penny for the positive experience we got where no tears were shed. I can also add they did a great job on the dads that were there too.
