I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to post a review about Impeccable Barber. I have been a customer here for years and I am in that chair every 2 weeks to receive a haircut that is perfect each and every time. And that is saying something, as my massive melon is a minefield of cowlicks, but Drew has never failed to cut and shape my hair to suit me. I highly recommend this barber shop. I scheduled an appointment with Rob using their convenient online scheduling. He was ready to go at the time of my appointment and he and Drew were very welcoming when I came in. They were very nice and personable unlike some of the other barbers around Norwood. I showed Rob a picture on my phone of the haircut I was looking for. He took the time to check the photo out as well as asking me exactly what I was looking for. He also added in some of his own insight giving me one of the best haircuts I've had in awhile. His detail is impressive and resembles his artistic abilities. My barber in Impeccable Barber shop is Andrew. I went to Andrew as I had an accident as I hitted my head in the wall of the building. And in so doing a have a long wound in my head. On top of this I have thinning hair and I have little hair to cover said would. So i asked Andrew if he can do me an Al Pacino hairdo. Andrew was meticulous. He took his time combing my hair before cutting it. The combing was good to the point I could have said: " I look good. I don't need a haircut anymore". Then, after 7-8 minutes of combing, Andrew started cutting my hair for my Al Pacino style in order to hide my wound. Well, he did an excellent work. I now look like Al Pacino. I have been satisfied with my experiences at multiple businesses (ie., restaurants, stores, etc) but have also never felt compelled to write a review until my visit yesterday to Impeccable Barber Co. That alone speaks strongly to the service and quality that this shop delivers. Previous to this cut, and since moving out here from the west coast, I had some very poor luck, often resulting in follow-up trips to fix mistakes. With this in mind, I went to Impeccable based solely off of other Yelp reviews, and these 5-star reviews were spot on. My barber was Drew (Andrew) and I also met and spoke to Rob (the other co-owner) who are both very nice, funny, personable and talented guys. I explained how I wanted my hair to look and it came out looking better than I had expected or was led to believe was possible by other places I had visited. An impressive amount of detail and care were put into this haircut, with Rob checking back over his work, ensuring that I was satisfied, using a mirror to show me how the back and sides looked, and then finishing everything off with a straight edge and hot towel neck shave. I am definitely going to be a regular and am glad that I not only found a place that met, but also greatly exceeded my expectations. I only wish I would have found these guys sooner. All reviews of this place are completely accurate, it's very easily accessible, and remarkably affordable for what you receive. I've been coming here for the last year after trying close to a dozen different barbershops around Boston, and have brought my son here as well. Drew (we've never had Robert cut our hair, but I've heard nothing but great things about him) is now my go to barber and always does a fantastic job. Two talented young men. The atmosphere is laid back. The shop is cozy. Funny thing is I knew Rob from another shop. I remember walking into the former shop he use to work at. I thought to myself, "he's white. He can't style, cut and line up the way I expect." I've only had Blacks, Spanish and Cape Verdeans cut my hair. Last time I let a white person touch my hair, I left with a Cookie cutter haircut. So I walk into this shop a few years later. Guess who's sitting in waiting area for a customer to walk thru. Robbie. I felt as though I was doped. With a name like impeccable barbers, I thought, "this must place a new hip hop barbershop in Norwood." To my surprise, it was two white guys. (I love white people, my wife is white.) With Rob's puppy eyes, I couldn't turn around and walk out. That's what I wanted to do. I am a nice guy of course. So I sat down. This guy Rob treated me like we were on our first date. What a gentleman. We talk about sports, music, holistic care. Very well rounded. This is the by far the best barber establishment I have had the pleasure of visiting. Impeccable Barber Co. has made me a customer for life. What you really want from a good Barber is quality, and consistency; and Rob and Drew definitely deliver. Rob is not only a great person, but his attention to detail is the finest I've seen. He's never let me leave with anything less than a perfect cut. Unbeknownst to me, my hairline had been changed and distorted from years of subpar haircuts. Not only did Rob restore my ruined hairline, but he assisted in helping me look and feel my best. I am giving this place ONE star because their website does not state appointments only. Their hours show open until 9 pm on Fridays and with us being in town for a wedding happening on Saturday, we found this on Yelp and checked the website to confirm the hours. Arrived at 815 pm to find the door locked, open sign still set up and the family of someone getting their services sitting in front with two barbers walking around. I asked why the door was locked if they were open until 9 pm and the guy working there said they were preparing for the last appointment of the day. I asked if they were an appointments only business and he didn't respond to that. We left very turned off because if a business is open until a certain time, it is important to keep the doors unlocked until that given time. They have very poor business practices. read more

Well, Robbie has been my barber since 2013. Funny story is... initially, I was looking for Drew to sex my hair up. He was too booked so I ended up with Robert. I was a bit skeptic at first because it's hard to find a good barber. I usually let the latinos line me up since they are stereotyped as being line up experts. But this white devil mofo Robbie hablas espanol tambien. I told him I wanted to look like Channing Tatum (in English) and holy fucking horse goat hybrid creature... did the man deliver? That was rhetorical - Don't answer. I ended up leaving with a spiffed up cut along with the muscles. The second week, I told him to surprise me... I fucking left looking like Adam Levine... sexiest man alive. But I'm sorry ladies, I'm currently seeing someone. When I found out these two hair genies left the last shop to start their own... I was like OMFG (in all caps). It was like Superman and Batman decided to start a fucking barbershop for super heroes and I'm motherfucking wolverine. The new spot is pretty sweet. It's all decked out with Robert's artwork. If you find that impressive, wait till you see the guy's harry potter coloring book. My friend and I usually go together and usually becomes a good time because our sausage fests are like no other. I never thought I'd be excited to book an appointment for another man to touch my head but it ends so good. Happy endings all the time. These guys actually take appointments online. It's so fucking 2014!!! Super futuristic expialidocious. As an aging man, I'm starting to notice weak links in my hairline's phalanx but these fucking hair sex gods end up fixing it where I feel like a boss to the infinity power. Started with no hairline, now I'm here. Drew is also a talented mofo. He has one of those envious beards that you just wish you could skin off his face and wear it for a week. That armenian hair genie is nothing like the Kardashians. He is so mellow and has one of those smiles that you make you feel everything is going to be okay. I once saw Drew slay a dragon in real life and on the internet. It wasn't a pretty sight but when the man smiles with that fucking glorious beard, how can you judge him??? You can't. These two mofos are the Lebron James and Kevin Durants of clippers and they can turn you wack ass hair to sexy-and-i-fucking-know-it hair. I use to be a 6 but now i'm a 10. Wait, who am I kidding, I'm not bringing sexy back... because it never left! But seriously, these guys are legit. But don't start booking your appointments after reading this.... because if these guys get too busy for me to book, I don't know how I can live life. Just saw Rob for the first time and he is NICE!!!!!! The previous barber that i saw pushed my hairline back like the late great Lou Rawles(R.I.P) so Rob had to repair my Sh*T like the Big Dig. He listens and takes his time plus he's an artist. Nice laid back atmosphere and the prices are great. Been here twice and I've been blown away by the service. Not only are the cuts great but they are very attentive to what you want or they are great at suggesting what would look good on you. I've gone for the works both times so that's haircut eyebrows and beard all lined up trimmed a solid hour in the chair at least but it's an extremely pleasant experience Andrew keeps the conversation going and the overall feel of the location is that of the classic neighborhood barbers where everyone knows each other. read more

Great establishment. Moving from the city I was afraid I wasn't going to find a solid barber. I've had a cut from Andrew twice and he's been right on each time, even remembered what sizes I had on the previous cut. Rob is an artist, scissors and clippers are his brush. Seriously, the man gives world class cuts. The shop has a cool relaxed feeling with interesting (in a good way) artwork on the wall. Rob and Drew are great to either shoot the shit with or you can just relax and watch ESPN. Online scheduling is super easy - just make sure to book a few weeks out. I moved to the area 4 years ago and I have been hopping around to different barber shops ever since. I never could find someone that understood the art of cutting hair. At first I was a bit skeptical, but I took a shot. This is such a great location to get a haircut. Norwood is in the middle of everything. Walpole, Dedham, Foxboro, Westwood. The two barbers are great Andrew and Robert. The haircuts are very long, but they pay attention to DETAIL which is key in getting a haircut. Talking to these guys is like talking to a friend. It comes to topics about weather, sports, how's your summer, and etc. I got a pompadour and this is one of the best pomps I ever got. $17 for a haircut with a hot towel can't be that! This was my first visit to Impeccable Barbers, and I had read great reviews on this place before going, and I can say that the reviews lived up to the hype. I got my haircut/beard trim with Robert. This was hands down the best haircut/beard trim I have ever got. Robert is on another level when it comes to being a master of his craft. Robert took his time and made sure to ask along the way about the specific details I wanted to have done with my hair/beard trim (greatly appreciated). The care in which Robert took to make sure every detail/cut was perfect is beyond impressive. When my haircut was finished, I walked out of their looking and feeling like a million bucks!! It's an incredible place to get a haircut. I have been going for 2 years and it didn't take long for Rob to remember my haircut and what I wanted. He takes the time with the cut and he is passionate about it as he states it's his art work. If I come wanting a change but unsure how to express what I want he is patient and takes the time to discuss the cut. It is appointment only so can be frustrating if you want something done that week but once you figure it out you can book multiple appointments at once. read more

I am new to MA and I was looking for a new barber. Guy you know the bond between a man and his barber is sacred! To be completely honest, Impeccable was the best experience I've ever had at a barbershop...Like EVER! Everything was great, I was able to schedule my appointment online (same day I might add), I walked right in and was greeted by Rob. Who is a very cool guy, very we had a blast talking and laughing the entire time. Rob took his time with my cut, asked questions about how I want my side burns and everything. He was very detailed to the end and it came out absolutely perfect! The place is immaculately clean, they take very good care of their place. Finally, I was able to pay with my credit card and was emailed a receipt!! Do yourself a favor, head over there and get your next cut from these guys. I started with Impeccable right after they first opened. I encouraged others to help a new business get started and have been completely loyal to Rob for (what must be) over 3 years in cutting my hair and trimming my beard on a regular basis. I thought Rob was the nicest and best barber I have ever had. Now that they are established, it's become a different story. I stopped by yesterday just to make an appointment - something that would have taken 2 minutes. I waited for over 90 minutes. During that time, Rob had plenty of time between clients (he spent it talking to his friends) to break out his calendar to find some future date that would work for both of us. After waiting patiently, I left. Rob has apparently become too famous now to take care of those that helped him when his business was still new. I can't recommend a place that treats their loyal customers so badly once they become successful. It's too bad because I still think he is a decent barber, but now his customer service has deteriorated so much, I would never send anyone there. read more
