The food is very good for snacks, although for me it's a bit too lively for dinner. They also do an excellent salad bar lunch Monday to Saturday. The only slight quibble is the service which can sometimes be a little slow, but I know they're working on this at the moment. The people who work here were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were large and very clean. We ate two different times here and the food was fabulous both times. Breakfast comes with your stay. Eggs, English bacon and toast. There were other things but really who could ask for anything else? This will definitely be the place we stay if we ever come back to Chichester.

Location unrivaled. It's a must. Would have given five stars but was there last week and very put off by the guy at the front desk laughing in my face when I confirmed I booked a window table a month ago. No, was the answer with a chuckle. Not possible. Don't get too arrogant guys, us locals cherish this place and success doesn't need to translate to arrogance. Maybe just say sorry next time. Will keep going back though. It's part of my life.
