Well, Walmart did it again. Ordered over $200 worth of groceries. And what did WM do? Delivered everyone of them, on time, as usual. And WM used their own drivers. Thank goodness. And they have great shoppers. Now I have to also order online from Ralph's in West Hills and I dread it. You order $150 worth of groceries and you're lucky to get $100's worth. They are always out of basics like lemons, green bell peppers. Who runs out of bell peppers!!! Ralph's needs to train people at the WH store on how to order products and to keep their shelves stocked. And they use InstaCart for their shoppers and drivers. Not a good idea. Many shoppers are really inexperienced and some lack professionalism. They want to argue with you when you voice instructions about substitutes. Ralph's needs to contact management at Walmarts, swallow their pride and let Walmart managers train them in how to efficiently run a store. Walmart people are REALLY good at that!! read more

I went on a hour of shopping here with my family last night with three kids. Keep in mind. Keeping them. Entertain is so hard and stressful for me at times. After, waiting in a long line. Maybe for 15 minutes. My husband card kept declining and this has happened to us in different and a customer behind. It's confirmed that it's something that happens frequently. So I asked them to help me do it through the Walmart apps, since that's what helped last time with the same card. The older gentleman cashier nice guy, but he had no clue how to do it so he told me to go ask customer service, so I told him please don't cancel the transaction because I do not want to scan all the items here again. I woke up to the customer service and they asked a lady if she can help me figure out how to pay through the app. She guided me, but by the time I was walking back, my husband comes back with the receipts saying that he canceled the transaction and that have to do through customer service. I get a customer service and another lady working. There was very rude and inconsiderate of my time. When I told her that I have the receipt so she can get it and we can try the transaction one more time. She told me to get in line with all the people returning their items. Unfortunately, that was very stressful for me. And my three kids since we've been waiting for 15-20 minutes at a line . She interrupted the conversation, and started yelling out that I need to make a line again, because the other customers is waiting in line to return items we're also waiting in line. That is not equivalent to me. Trying to purchase items and having to make the line 2 times. The Walmart Delivery people are careless and don't care where customers delivery ends up. Twice the delivery person delivered our orders elsewhere. Yes we get a refund but hell I want my order!!! Where are our Orders Walmart. Do your drivers take a test to make sure they can read & understand an address??? And the criminals that take our order knowing it is not theirs!!! I just left there, I was trying to buy a cooler. None of the items had barcodes on them. There was a barcode on the shelf. I pulled it up, and it showed the price and model on the website. This dumb manager at the self checkout, said she couldn't find or verify it. She refused to have someone verify it, by going to the isle. She would look at the website. She was so lazy, that I walked out! This is why I normally don't go to Walmart, and pay more at Target. I guess Walmart Management can't figure out how to get somewhat smart people to work for them. I will spend more to get some kind of service, instead of helping support stupid lazy people! read more

Waited 25-30 minutes in the photo department just to ask a quick question at the kiosk, and was completely skipped while multiple customers who came after me were helped first. I politely asked for assistance, was acknowledged, but never helped. The associate continued to assist others and never came back, even after a significant wait. I understand being short-staffed, but customers should at least be helped in the order they arrive or given a clear timeframe. This was a very frustrating experience and not acceptable customer service. I've reported this to management and corporate and hope it will be addressed. read more

Decided to drop by to check for Pokémon jazwares figures before our dinner at AYCE Gogi and surprisingly found a good selection! You don't come across any good ones out here and actually have to drive out to like Simi or Santa Clarita for stock. Parking lot is pretty big but crowded. Tight and small spaces and feels like it's always busy. We end up parking by Five Below and just walking over. The selection here is great for anything really. The search for birthday wearables continues! I gotta say I liked the selection here better than the Party City next door. Let alone the prices! One of my favorite items are the glow sticks. They even have glow stick crowns! So fun. The most stressful part of any Walmart is checking out but thankfully on this trip the self checkout was open and there was no line. Win! read more

After an exhausting day and late shopping I had issues with my credit cards cause the wall mart does not use the touch screen for credit cards and I had to stay on the phone with the back office from the credit card to get the verification to get through the transaction. Anyways I want to take the opportunity to bring ovations to the employee I guess manager Elizabeth . She was awesome very helpful and patient and all of this while having a big smile on her face which is very rare nowadays . She had a lot of patience for us. I ordered a Laptop ONLINE. I put specific delivery instructions on the order as other orders have been taken. Driver DID NOT read Instructions and or FOLLOW Instructions. Driver took a picture of the box being left, BUT the Box was gone by the time I arrived since it was left outside of my gate which was UNLOCKED and OPEN. Good location, well stocked, and the prices just can't be beat. Large parking lot and a one stop shop if you're looking to stock up at minimal prices. The lines at checkout weren't too busy and the store was clean and well stocked. read more

So i came here specifically for grandmas secret spot remover spray, it's the only in store location i could find for this product. The walmart website showed that it was available for pickup in store so i went assuming they would actually have it in stock, but i get to the aisle and it's nowhere to be found!! I realize they are remodeling the store and it's looking good, but the service needs to improve. I went in this morning and no carts inside the store. While I went to get a cart from outside, the only door that was working was blocked by people. I don't know if these people were customers or people working on the store remodeling, but when I said excuse me, no one moved until I had to yell. Afterwards yelling they moved out of the way and laughing. When I was getting ready to leave, then carts w brought into the store. Walmart was the cheapest store to buy clothing and food all at once , However, I don't know if it has anything to do with the economy or they just decided to, but their price went up... Used to have a large variety of things to choose from and now the store is pretty empty. The number one thing I do recommend to come and buy from here is the cosmetics that they have a ton of great prices. The store itself didn't feel so clean . It's a great shopping center. Hi, I ordered tires for my car from Walmart.com and then I realized they are not match, and I want to return those. The only option to return was to the store and when I took those to west hills Walmart store they said that I can't return to that store, and I need to go to a Walmart super store to return those tires. Isn't it crazy after driving long way and wasting your time and gas, they tell you that you can't, because that branch don't carry tires, I told them you need to mention it when customer is checking the return option and needs to know where to return the item, not after going to a Walmart store and then you surprise them. This is why people shop from Amazon.com period. Amazon has a lot of options for return and they are close to every home, UPS store, Kohls store and more. It's probably the worst Walmart location in all of California perhaps maybe all of America. It is so down empty with products even the fruit look like shit. The people walking in they look worse than the fruit and really they have nothing in stock. They don't even carry baseball cards anymore, which is ridiculous and beyond my understanding, the kids were disappointed and actually disgusted. One of the man of him actually throwing up in his mouth. I'm not 100% sure about that. As long as you know what you're going to get into when you come to this Walmart, it's fine. As with all other Walmarts, they have a massive range of inventory. Something for every part of your life. And the prices are usually at least a few cents cheaper than anywhere else (rarely do I find a deal that is just so good I just have to jump on it). But the main issue with this location? The upkeep. It's messy. It's unorganized. It's just all over the place. Not to mention, especially in the toy department, theft runs rampant. There are open and empty boxes everywhere on the aisles. It's ridiculous. It honestly makes for a very poor shopping experience. This location also has a decent amount of checkout counters, but good luck seeing more than 25% of them manned. That means you're stuck in either a long line for an actual cashier....or a long line of self checkout. Honestly, I don't go into Walmart expecting a wonderful experience. But even on Walmart standards, this location falls short. It desperately needs an overhaul. read more

I went there one night (in November 2023) to do a little holiday shopping, and I saw a nice Sterling Silver chain I wanted to buy. But unfortunately, there was no one (working) at the jewelry counter. I didn't see any other Walmart employees - so I actually tried calling the store to get some assistance (as the chain was inside a locked display case). I got a recorded menu, but no "live person", so I went back to the front of the store to ask someone to please unlock the case for me. When I finally was able to locate a manager, who explained to me that the woman who normally takes care of the jewelry (and watch) department had already LEFT for the day - they only had one set of keys (to the different display cases) - and they didn't know where she'd put the keys when she'd left the store. Seriously?? In a huge store like Walmart (like the Fallbrook location, in West Hills) there's only ONE set of KEYS for the entire jewelry department??? Then the manager added that the woman might have taken the keys home with her accidentally (WHAT???). I found it very difficult to believe that a big store like that had only ONE set of KEYS - the manager didn't have another set - and there wasn't even a spare set somewhere else in the store (like in an office, or a stockroom). They could have kept a spare set in a locked drawer (where a manager could access them with JUST ONE KEY)! How completely disorganized and ridiculously unprofessional! This is simply one example of the MANY other reasons I try to AVOID this particular Walmart location whenever possible! Their store is generally a MESS - they do not have a produce department (like the Porter Ranch Walmart does) - their employees are not-at-all helpful (or friendly) - and the ONLY time I usually encounter a Walmart employee there (besides at the check out line) is when the store is starting to close - even when I've JUST HEARD (over the loudspeaker) that the store is closing (and I need to bring my purchases to the front of the store) - I STILL get employees walking up to me saying, "Ma'am, the store is closing!" - DUH! Walmart in West Hills - I had a terrible experience today, I bought some groceries including red onions. The cashier and the team lead tried pricing the red onions, the bag was missing a barcode tag, but neither the cashier nor the team lead try to go back to the produce location and get a bag with the barcode tag and price it that way. After 3 attempts - trying to weigh the bag and looking it up etc., the cashier charged me over the real price. It was very frustrating to me as well as to the customers standing in the line behind me. I put returned to the store and took a picture of the price on the display and went to the service desk and explained my experience, the team lead again appeared there and said that those prices on the display are not correct and rudely returned me 32 cents - which was still not the right amount, I tried to tell her that my concern was really the way I was treated and the inconvenience of the people behind me - but she just turned a deaf ear. Employees at this Walmart really need training on how to resolve issues quickly and courteously. read more
