I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. The lady was very rude and told me "we don't repair here". She had been in the back on her cell phone (we could directly see her)...She Handed me my glasses and walked away. We had to go to Walmart for a couple other things, so I decided to stop into the Vision Center to see if they could possibly help. Rachel looked at my glasses and knew in a second exactly what was wrong! She told me a part had fallen out and if I could find it, they could fix it! It was a tiny part so I wasn't hopeful. Daniel, the manager asked if he could take a look. He told me if I bought an "O" ring in a hardware department, I could slip it over the arm and it could buy me some time until I could fix it properly or until we made it back home. He didn't try to convince me to buy a new pair, they didn't turn me away and they both we SUPER KIND & HELPFUL! This encouraged my husband to ponder getting our next glasses at WM!
