Ever since this place was taken over by "MyEyrDr" It has…read morewent all the way down hill. I've gotten more of a personal touch at Wal Mart eye care, front desk here is terrible and dr. Push's cheap off brand contacts despite using acavue for over two decades. First time despite having a voicemail and text confirming my appointment they said I didn't have one. Once I showed them the confirmation the Dr. saw me later that day, fine. I realize after the eye test that I wasn't even due for one, I just was getting messages from another "MrEyeDr" I saw in another town, but they aren't even connected so they missed that. This year I try to get some contacts before my prescription expired, realized they where oddly closed on Tuesday, so I call Wednesday only a day after my prescription. Call around 10 am and they say they will call me back about the order. I call back because it's 4pm, they say they where about to call. She then informs me that I need an eye exam I explain that it was just yesterday and they refused to make an exception over a day. I ask to talk to the doctor or someone else and the lady on the phone just acts like she can't hear me and hangs up. Done with that place entirely.

Dr's are nice enough and seem knowledgeable but front office is hit or miss on being courteous. The medical profession needs to realize that patients time is just as valuable as thiers.

I get there after work and only one pair is ready. The lady says "they send a text for each pair of glasses." I asked why they would tell me to come pick up one and not tell me the other is not ready. That makes no sense. She repeats "They send a text for each pair as they come in." What a complete waste of time. Oh, and even though the eye doctor is attached to them they are not affiliated so my prescription isn't viewable online.

The best is not as close ... at the Beavercreek Greene. The one in springboro and the one near Dayton mall are about the same. both better than Middletown. Recently spectrum offered to buy me out of my contract and lower my bill considerably. Have to have 3 lines to get the offer. 1 of the lines getgets free service for 12 months. Not sure how high it will go at the end.
