Made my kid an appointment( we can only go every 2 years with insurance) and was not told our insurance is now out of network. After the appointment, much to my surprise, we find this info out. Jeff offered a discount on cash price or to bill the insurance out of network. I took the discount cash option( never used out of network didn't know what reimbursement would be). Before I got home, Jeff had called and said since the office staff dropped the ball, they would refund me and charge the copay if they had been in network. Remember to always ASK if your insurance is still taken by the office. This office went above and beyond but most do not! Unfortunately, we can't go back now that insurance is out of network, otherwise the whole family would go here.

Im surprised by some of the reviews since I had specialty contacts that need to be made on-demand and the office kept in great communication with me by text, email and phone. When my glasses came in, they were not pleased with the craftsmanship of the thicker bifocal lenses and called me to ask permission to send them back to the manufacturer.
