Went in to buy a cabin air filter, discovered they were switching brands from fram. Asked if they had pulled any of the filters and proceeded to sit on floor and pull all of the hidden filters from behind the first row as what had appeared to have happened was that they just move stuff pushing what was already there to the back. When an employee came of to confront me about messing up the shelf.Note he didn't ask if he could help me look for my filter he just told me I couldn't "make a mess" of his improperly stocked shelf... I went to complain to customer service and this poor girl didn't even ask the guys name... Lastly what parts orderer/ manager discontinues stock without having replacements on the shelves and with no time table when stock will be there for their employees to pass on. read more

Probably the worst Walmart I have ever been too the customer service is horrible and unlike every other Walmart they won't price match the items in store to the prices online in THEIR OWN APP! Needed to buy an "A-to-B" bike. Looked at Walmart on Pacific Ave but didn't see anything promising. Went to Walmart Ave B, saw one I liked, bought it along with a helmet and a light set. Good times! This store is ass. How can all the other departments are answering the phone EXCEPT for customer service the operator literally told me there are 4 people over there and no one isn't answering the phone I just have a simple yes or no question. The operator is really nice and helping me out trying to get a hold of someone. I get it people are busy and exchanging out products but at the CS desk they don't do money orders there so what is the hold up this is just crazy af and beyond me. I work in customer service and if I intentionally wouldn't answer the phone I would get written up. You guys need to take care of your employees more with care so they can care about their job and doing little thing such as answering the damn phone!!!! read more

I look all over store to find a set of bear claws. If you don't know what they are. You use than to pull apart smoked meats. You use these instead or table forks. This location sucks. They're ALWAYS out of stock. I can check every day for a solid week and they still don't restock the shelves. It might be a few blocks from my house but it's a waste of a trip when their shelves are empty. The produce section is full of browning, fly-covered fruit. Went to Walmart tonight after hours of fighting with cell phone companies. Frustrated and not in a very good mood, I ran into Quinton in electronics. Not only was he extremely helpful but he patiently explained everything to me, helped to choose the best plan for me, spent 30 minutes on hold for me to get my phone activated. I personally don't like this Walmart BC of the lack of customer service... it's quite terrible... but lately over the last few months it's gotten alot BETTER... I'm not sure what happened but the employees have been more helpful than ever before... let me just say that I was looking for an item that was out of stock on the shelf... & normally they would just ignore me & say if it's not there we don't have it...but this gentleman (Lucas) went out of his way to go check in the back to find me this item... Very impressed... Now that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... & I hardly find that here in Yuma... let alone in any Walmart... Great job... read more
