It feels like the company has tried to rebrand the store with surface-level improvements--cleaner floors, brighter lighting, and getting the dozen or so illegals loitering around waiting for Door Dash calls in the parking lot--especially with a new location planned in Westlake. It gives the impression they're trying to improve public perception quickly and avoid criticism tied to the Belvedere location. That said, the changes don't seem to address deeper issues. Customer service lacks because it's difficult to find staff available to help or that actually speak English or understand anything about basic products , like soap. Just say'ng Years ago, the Belvedere store had a very different atmosphere, with retirees supplementing their income and students working part-time. Today, the workforce are TPS Haitians , and for some customers, that shift has changed the overall experience in ways they find frustrating. Walmart is low rent. They come into our communities , the crime follows , our house values go down and our mom and pop businesses will close. read more

This Walmart was a huge. One of the biggest "super center" varieties that I've been in. And they were packed! The parking lot was quite full and we had to drive around until someone left their space for us to park. Not sure why it has such a low rating. It's pretty much self serve here. Inside, the merchandise was overflowing into every nook and cranny. Christmas decorations and ads for Black Friday specials were up early. People had their gift lists and were taking as rage of some of their sales. We came to look for four things. We got one of them on our shopping list and found another that we had talked about but hadn't planned to buy for a while. But it was just what we wanted and on sale, too. Check out was fine, too. The gal was fast and personable. We try to use one of the manned lines in stores so folks keep their jobs. Overall this was a good experience for us. And I'd come back here if in the area. read more

Walmart, please answer this question. Why do you have over 30 check out lanes, yet only 3 or 4 are open at a time? Are you unable to hire more cashiers? I do my grocery shopping during evening after work. It only takes me about 10 minutes to grab all the things I need, then I have to stand in a line for 20-25 minutes... not to mention, you have self checkout lanes but most of time they're closed. I'm just so confused on why Walmart does this? You need to have AT LEAST 10 check out lanes open at a time. Everyone in royal palm beach shops at this Walmart, there's never a time you're not busy so start hiring more cashiers and opening more lanes please. read more

Yeah I usually like Walmart but not this one due to them remodeling it ! Changing things around ! Soup isle has some soup but ramen is in another isle ! Went to shoe dept grabbed shoes want to sit down and try on ! My husband also try's on shoes ! One of the shoe benches occupied by a female Walmart staff member on her phone ! Doesn't Walmart have a break room when staff want to play on their phones ?? So because I didn't know how to tell her I needed bench to try shoes on since she should have know better I walked away ! They also in front of store have people in line but for what I thought was customer service . I stood in line for ten minutes only to walk away as only one Walmart staff was helping customers. I walked away and staff lady told me if I wanted to return something go to customer service as that line was for something else ! Not a great shopping experience! Walmart at this location is bad ! We usually spend over 100 dollars every time we go to Walmart whether the food market or the super store. We went to the print shop to print out our wedding pictures. The assistant was too busy to stay and help us with the pictures. Other customer asked her a question and she was rude to them. We finally got to print the pictures and since no instructions by assistant with other customer so when the photos printed i took off printer and gave to her so we pay. She started mouthing off that i could break the printer etc. First off i worked with printers computers and other technology both maintained and operated over 30 years until two years ago. You need to teach your employee customer service again or perhaps write her up then next time you get a complaint yiu may need to fire her. Her name Isyss. I usually give great reviews unless there is attitude or disrespect, we are in 60s and 70s and dont need disrespect from 20 something sales person. read more

Was also searching for some board games because this is the time to play games indoor but the selection was picked over . This store was well stocked with what I wasn't in search of. I couldn't believe the variety of fabrics that were on shelf. There were so many notions and no need to stop at Joanne's afterwards. Surprisingly, the spray paint case was open, so I grabbed some much needed white spray paint that wasn't on my list. If you know Walmart, you typically have to wait 45 minutes to get assistance in that department. The checkout was shockingly quick as well. Not sure if I came on an odd day or was in a parallel universe, but I had a great experience at this location. read more

Visited this Walmart while in town visiting my grandparents. Needed a memory foam mattress topper because the egg crate they have on the guest bed did not cut it last time. Last time I visited, I left with a pretty bad backache! Anyway, i would have to say this is one of the cleanest Walmarts I've ever been in. But is that really saying much? They didn't have a fully stocked selection. But again, expectations are not typically the highest here. Ever since self checkout became a thing at Walmart, trip heres have improved immensely. This time it definitely allowed me to get in and out quickly. The checkout lines are usually one of the worst parts about coming to Walmart. However I suppose if I had a cart full of items I'd still have had to wait in the longer lines that I observed. read more

They canceled my grocery order for no reason. After I took a few hours figuring out what to buy. Also they took 10 days to credit my money. It wasn't my fault. I was waiting for the order. Also they sent me the wrong eye ointment. I specifically asked for Preservative free but they sent with preservatives and I'm allergic. Now I have to go out of my way to return them and I'm disabled. Then I have to wait 10 days to get them to credit my money to my bank account. I'm trying the trial period and they sent me a small Walmart reusable bag with a few items in it. Three of the items were missing! Did the driver steal them or did Walmart not put them in there? Terrible company to do business with! read more

The manager of the Auto Care Center, I believe his name was Chris, refused to service to my Wife's vehicle after he was told his customer service was subpar. The man then proceeded to act like a child and make his workers stop working on her vehicle, I live in Oregon and my Wife is in Florida for an internship and it is very upsetting to me that they would treat her this way when I cannot be there to fix the issue. read more

The delivery service is terrible. They have CONSISTENTLY either 1.) never delivered the order 2.) deliver it to the wrong location or 3.) deliver the wrong order all together. I have countless of incidents that have happened in either of these 3 categories. The only reason why I kept using the service is because I paid for the Walmart + year-long membership & just wanted to get my money's worth. Some of the employees were a bit rude to another Spanish speaking family , they did not know English but they did try the employee walked away ranting on how he did not speak Spanish and refused to help them , so I helped them find what they were looking for . Why does every Wal-Mart I go to never have enough electric scooters. Every time I go I see 3 or 4 broken or not charged. I am here with my wife and Daughter and I cannot shop with them I have brought it to managements attention in the past to be asked why do I need one. Our production company from NC stayed in Clewiston the 1st week of March while we were shooting at a ranch in the Moore Haven area. I had to order drinks, snacks, food items to grill, etc. from the Wal Mart 4 times throughout the week. Every single time the app worked well and every order was completed at the specified time. Pickup was flawless with an amazing, efficient, hard working and pleasant team. It was very refreshing to have zero hiccups or complaints with service. read more

This Walmart is just below average. There are only like 5 cashiers out of like 20 stations working. This causes lines to be huge, and check out time from being 5 minutes to now being 20 minutes. If you go here, you better have time on your hands and not worry about anything else. The only good thing at this location is that there is a McDonald's near the entrance. So after you checked out and now if you got hungry from the line, you can get food. ----- Back in 2009'ish there was a leaking window on the ceiling after a Hurricane, there was no 'Caution sign' or anything on the floor and my mom fell at this Walmart location. The slogan on a Walmart employee Uniforms; "How may I help you?" No one helped her. They all stared at her, from employees to customers. We screamed from help and a customer finally helped my mother up, not even an employee. All you see is my sister and I (kids at the time) and this customer picking up my mother from the floor. Because she fell, she now has permanent nerve damage and a rode in her back. They paid "NICKELS" when it came to her law suit, they didn't even pay for half of the Hospital/surgery bills. Do you know how sad that is? A corporation that makes millions, can careless about a human-being? This corporation (Walmart) can careless about 'you' or 'your safety.' Don't go here. This is my usual go to for a Walmart run, but it won't be any longer. Their shelves are never stocked, deals that are listed can be found at other stores but not this one. This store looks like crap on the inside and bathrooms are always wreaking or urine. Do yourself a favor and go down Belvedere to the one by the airport or the one off of 45th st. Plus, I checked in on the pickup program and they never came out until I called and prompted them. The app specifically says that you don't need to call them, that an associate will come out to help you. Nope, after 30-40 min, I called and they finally brought out my groceries. Employees are less of help than other customers as well. Idk if I always get the one that is new or just doesn't care enough to do their job and know where items are, but I find the Walmart app easier to find things in the store because it will tell you the isle letter and number. Find that and ask where the isle is, and probably 50% of the time an employee will be able to help you find that. read more

Is it even possible to give less than one star? Dropped off two prescriptions around 10:30 in the morning, received a phone call at 10:45 letting me know one of the prescriptions wasn't covered by my insurance (not their fault and I understood) but they would get a hold of my doctor s office and should have it all ready by 12:45. 'No problem, it's okay. I understand.' But then I go to pick up my prescriptions. The employee in the pick up line was just plain rude. Zally didn't bother to make eye contact with me while she was instructing me to go back to the drop off area. Not understanding what she meant or what the deal was she continued to tell me (again without evening looking at me) that I have to go back to drop off. My biggest issue with this situation was her lack of customer service. This is the reason I generally NEVER go to Walmart. But there was a shining light! Gladys was great and patient with me. She saw I was quite annoyed and turned my experience around. Way to go Gladys! Thank you for checking me out and getting me taken care of. I just went shopping at Walmart and had a bad experience at check out. The cashier refused to bag my items and was just putting them on top of the bag carousel. All my items were going to fall off including my eggs. I had to bag them myself, she was to busy chatting with another employ. This made me feel really bad, I was shocked this had never happened to me before, and I have shopped here many times. I really think they should train there employs better. She ended up dropping my cat litter on the ground, and dropped another customers lemons on the floor. I think I may start taking my business elsewhere. read more

Have been to this walmart on numerous occasions and want to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's just a bad day. But every single time I have gone to the customer service area, whether during the week on an off hour, or on the weekend night or day, the service at the customer service desk is horrible. It has cost me on many occasions being late to work or functions. I've had to leave the line after waiting for a while too. They at most times only have 1 or 2 people actually at the desk and I see other workers walking around or chatting with other employees but no one calls for backup! Despite seeing a long line forming, it's quite ridiculous. One of the longest times I have waited in line was about 20-25 min! People were complaining and all the service reps can say is we'll be right with you. I know Walmart workers work very hard at what they do and most times they are understaffed but something needs to be done about their service and wait times read more

Worst ONLINE/IN-STORE pickup experience on the planet. Why did I ever even try? Should've just ordered from AMAZON as usual. Walked to the back of the store to pickup my online order and no one is there. I press the HELP button.....and it says an associate is on their way. I wait 10 minutes, no help. I push the help button again....no one. I go to electronics and ask an associate. He calls someone so I return to the layaway area.....wait another 10 minutes, NO ONE. I push the help button again and finally (slowly) 2 associates walk up speaking creole and not acknowledging that I'm standing right there....so I push the help button again. They finally notice me and say "STOP PUSHING THE BUTTON....we're right here!". I respond..."oh, I didn't know if you spoke english, since you didn't acknowledge my presence." She logs in, and goes to find my purchase. Five minutes later, she returns. 35 minutes of my life that I'll never get back......but I promise you.....it's AMAZON from here on. This place is terrible. I walked in on what you would think would be a time where they have plenty of cashiers and people to assist. Needed to know where a few things were, and there was nobody to be found. When I finally found someone, they told me that it was not their section, and that they would get someone to help. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came. I went back to find the person that was helping me initially, and instead of going and finding someone, they paged someone and then told me to wait. I once again waited, and after 10 more minutes I finally had enough and left. I ended up at Target and paid a few more bucks because they actually assist people. Do not go here, do not spend your money with this company. The employees are obviously underpaid because they do not seem to care about anything other than playing around. This stores management leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a computer program and not one cashier could open it. I went to the manager on duty, who then sent me to electronics. Where there was not one associate around. My husband had to have one paged. Waited almost 20 minutes after purchasing the program to have it opened. read more
