I purchased a dog harness this past January which did not fit my dog. I didn't remove any tags and put it in my trunk to return it the next time I was in town. Well I forgot about it until now and while I was in town today I tried to return it while I was there making other purchases. Long story short, they would not take it back because they have a 30 day return policy. Even after I had shown them proof that I had purchased it, they said no to even a store credit. I'm not some

I was trying to meet a few particular things on my app to get a discount and they really went above and beyond to take on my complicated situation and they did not stop until we accomplished my goals. I was very impressed. I'm happy to call this my regular target.

Closing staff on 6/28/19 at 11 pm gave my family and I the WORST service we've ever received in a…read moreTarget. Normally our Target trips leave us feeling happy and well worth whatever we spend - but the employees here tonight were VERY quick to project whatever unfortunate things they must be going through onto other people. I can understand that it's Friday night and people want to get home from work as soon as possible, but to blatantly badmouth customers to your co-workers in front of their faces and be just plain rude is unacceptable. My family & I are from out of state. After a hectic day, we made a last minute trip to Target to pick up some essentials we needed. We were moving as fast as possible but got stuck when it came to searching for a sunblock (we only purchase sunblocks that are not harmful to the coral reefs) so it took an extra second. I turned to tell my boyfriend that one of the employees was eyeing us and that we really needed to hurry (in an attempt to be as considerate as possible) and the woman immediately began badmouthing us on her walkie-talkie RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. As if this wasn't bad enough, at checkout my sister-in-law swiped her target discount card for me just as a kindness, and when my payment wouldn't process, one of the employees stepped in and YELLED at me about how "using that discount doesn't work without a target red card" and rolled her eyes at us. I mean, geez... I'm sorry that I wasn't aware. I'm sorry that your day was so terrible you couldn't take 2 seconds to ask us if we needed help rather than immediately choose to be nasty. I would say do better, but honestly - learn how to be human. Being petty & mean is uncalled for. You never know what people could be going through. I would also like to say that by the time we got to the car, it was 11:06..... They closed at 11. If a 6 minute delay is enough to make you treat people maliciously, you need some real soul-searching. I hope you learn to treat people with respect.

Is it odd to review a Kohl's? Sure. But here I go anyway!…read more It's in a nice location in Wichita Falls and is easy to get to, although there isnt much in Wichita Falls that's hard to find. I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock! (They also had some awesome clearance racks!)

I pointed this out to the associate when I returned it the day after the orginal purchase. I checked and they did not have the product in stock. This morning I ordered it online with another color as well. I received an email very shortly later saying one of the shirts was ready for pickup. I picked it up and checked it when I got the the car. It was the same defective shirt I returned the week before. They just retagged it and sold it again and lucky me, I was the one to get it. I asked for the manager and a woman came up to me though I am not sure she was the actual manager since there was no name tag or label to show her name or position. The only thing she could do was return it and refund me. They could not order it and have it delivered to my home nor could she reinstate the discount I used when I purchased the shirt. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Evidentually, customer service is not Kohls priority.
