Three different…read moreoccasions I've been here and had gotten home to find mold on cheese, the expiration date was July 2024, I bought some frozen fruit and the fruit was moldy/bad tasting when thawed, went to get a pizza in the middle of March 2024 and the sell by date was in February 2024. Again, got some Mac & Cheese with a best by date being 4/20/24 and it tasted like sour milk. Granted it's a big store, and maybe I'm being super picky(I worked in Dietary in State Run conditions where you couldn't have ANY outdated/spoiled food) about the quality. The only reason I keep coming back is the location of the store and I want to avoid Walmart. I am however getting my dairy at Braum's, so that helps. My advice to management, keep your eyes on the shelves and sell by dates. I spent full price today for spoiled food and it's not ok. The staff at the store is great. The rep that took my call today sounded like he hates his job. Only here in the area for one more month...I'm hoping for a little to no improvement in the next 30 days. Also, the rewards program is a joke. Been using it so much, it's confusing with no benefits. I would suggest improving and provide perks like a free 8oz coffee at the deli counter, or something WORTH using the rewards. Been using it for 4 months with absolutely nothing to show for.

I am from the West Coast and am pretty particular about seafood as a whole. I've gone into local restaurants and was like ohhhhhh I can taste that this shrimp was frozen. Ohhhh kay... I picked up the Big Wave Poke Bowl because I have seen Asian people working behind the counter and that gave me comfort. This Poke Bowl was delicious!! The fish tasted fresh. I was so happy!! I will definitely get one again and would recommend it to anyone.

We normally love shopping here, but recently they did 3 things that are quite irritating…read more 1. Recently they've been changing up the ReadyMeals in many ways. Firstly they removed the tortillas from the taco kit, eventually replacing the kit with a "bowl" with most of the same ingredients, but seemingly less chicken and no tortillas. A very problematic change they've made to seemingly ALL of their ReadyMeals is removing cooking/heating instructions. Not only does that seem like a hazard, but it certainly makes it quite the challenge when trying to cook a pizza in the oven. Does it need 350 or 400°? Does it need 8, 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes to properly cook? These factors vary by each type of pizza. Is the fraction of a cent saved on printer ink on the label worth the customer dissatisfaction? I would think not. 2. They removed all the wall art of the history of Wichita Falls, which had previously made the store feel more "local" and less "uninspired corporate cookie cutter location." 3. They moved the Dublin sodas (a local to Texas brand) to 4 different places around the store and have slowly been phasing them out. Of course, starting with our favorite 1891 Founder's Recipe Cola, followed by our second favorite the Cherry Limeade. We used to buy 6-12 bottles every 1-2 weeks. Normally I could see this being an issue with a lack of demand, but they were constantly sold out of those 2 flavors. I don't expect the 2nd change to be addressed, but it would be nice if the 1st and 3rd would be addressed. Regardless, staff is always friendly and helpful.

The say hellos when you walk in, want to know what's up. I get my flu shots and shots to travel overseas from Lonny. I can call if sick and they refill meds and in one case mailed them to me. Great gift shop, lots of stuff AND a soda fountain!! My kind of place.

I am about to stop giving Altus Walgreens my business because of what I understand to be pharmacist staffing issues. Currently and until further notice, the Altus Walgreens is only open 10-6 Monday through Friday. This has caused extremely long lines through the drive through. I was on hold 45minutes the other day. The final straw for me was it took an entire work day plus to organize my meds, which was only accomplished at 5 p.m. Friday, st which tome there were 10 cars in line. The store isnt open weekends so by Subday night i am unwell and as far as i can see, it is because of the pharmacy staffing shortage. I still face who lnows how long a wait in line tomorrow, costing me time off work. I dint have time to keep swinging by to check to see how long tge line is. Moreover i am a person who makes 4 trips to Walgreens per month, with thousands of dollars. Help me Walgreens and hear my message. Reach out to me and tell me not to quit. I am a loyal but frustrated customer who is about to leave and wants you to know why.
