I did…read moreencounter one employee who was very helpful at showing me where the section I was looking for was. When I first walked in I realized I was wearing a patriotic t-shirt I had bought at a Walmart in Arizona so naturally I wouldn't have the receipt with me. I stopped the first young man with a Walmart shirt on that I encountered and asked him if he would vouch for me that I walked in wearing it and didn't put it on on the store and try to walk out with it. He said, "I don't really care one way or the other." Then he told me they were plenty of cameras so I figured I'd have a record of the fact that I walked in wearing it and stopped worrying but it wasn't a very polite answer. The girl at the cash register just kept staring at me while I was paying. She did say thank you when I was done but was almost glaring at me. You think after they read all the reviews about unpleasant encounters with employees they would try to do a better job of training them to be cheerful. Who wants to go back to the store or you aren't treated like a valued customer? I think this is billed as a super Walmart but I've been in many super Walmarts and I wouldn't think this qualified, too small, not enough variety of merchandise to qualify as a super Walmart.

I was trying to meet a few particular things on my app to get a discount and they really went above and beyond to take on my complicated situation and they did not stop until we accomplished my goals. My family & I are from out of state. After a hectic day, we made a last minute trip to Target to pick up some essentials we needed. We were moving as fast as possible but got stuck when it came to searching for a sunblock (we only purchase sunblocks that are not harmful to the coral reefs) so it took an extra second. I turned to tell my boyfriend that one of the employees was eyeing us and that we really needed to hurry (in an attempt to be as considerate as possible) and the woman immediately began badmouthing us on her walkie-talkie RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. As if this wasn't bad enough, at checkout my sister-in-law swiped her target discount card for me just as a kindness, and when my payment wouldn't process, one of the employees stepped in and YELLED at me about how "using that discount doesn't work without a target red card" and rolled her eyes at us. I mean, geez... I'm sorry that I wasn't aware. I'm sorry that your day was so terrible you couldn't take 2 seconds to ask us if we needed help rather than immediately choose to be nasty. I would say do better, but honestly - learn how to be human. Being petty & mean is uncalled for. You never know what people could be going through. Actor 2: Person who wishes to consume vegan food & hot peppers but is not the best at basic mathematics. Scene: Parking lot of Walmart in Childress, TX. (Actor 2 is leaving Walmart as s/he runs into Actor 1 who is entering.) Actor 1: Is that a box of fresh habanero peppers in the your bag right next to the tofu that was on sale? It looks as clean as the store is inside. Actor 2: It must have been on sale, because my receipt was cheaper than I was expecting, but I am not the best at math. I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock! (They also had some awesome clearance racks!)

I bought a shirt in Fort Worth and returned to this store because it was defective and part of the…read morematerial was shredding. I pointed this out to the associate when I returned it the day after the orginal purchase. I checked and they did not have the product in stock. This morning I ordered it online with another color as well. I received an email very shortly later saying one of the shirts was ready for pickup. I picked it up and checked it when I got the the car. It was the same defective shirt I returned the week before. They just retagged it and sold it again and lucky me, I was the one to get it. I asked for the manager and a woman came up to me though I am not sure she was the actual manager since there was no name tag or label to show her name or position. The only thing she could do was return it and refund me. They could not order it and have it delivered to my home nor could she reinstate the discount I used when I purchased the shirt. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Evidentually, customer service is not Kohls priority.

I have had a Academy credit card for years. I make my monthly payments at the beginning of every…read moremonth. Well this month I not only made my monthly payment but then this past week I paid off my card in full. At least that's what I thought, oh No Academy hit me with a $18.80 finance charge and trying to say I paid after the due date. I told them to look again because I paid it at the beginning of the month. Then they were oh well that's their annual finance charge that they charge you. On what my card is paid off, well I won't be using that card ever again and I'll be going else where to buy all of my guns and ammo, like Atwoods!
