The store was dirty. I saw a bottle of cranberry juice opened and half drank on the end cap. In the fruit section someone had opened a carton of strawberries and eaten over of them. We had to wait in line because only 6 of the 20 self checkers were open and 4 employees just walking around not helping anyone with the self check. We had to do self check and the items were double scanning because there were two barcodes on one on either side of the tag . It would scan them both. I noticed our bill was high so I looked back and Walmart had charged me over $140 extra. I told the helper lady and she said it happens alot . Than i you had to pay .10 a bag to put your groceries in. Walmart was a joke. Never again!!!!! read more

Took my car for oil change and tire rotation before heading out for a road trip. Had to sign a contract stating "I would have their work CHECKED FOR ACCURACY with in 1000 miles of the services. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Being new to the area I searched tire repair in Trinidad and saw BIG O TIRES next door. The people at BO tightened all my lugnuts even though they were trying to close for the day. BO will always get my business now. WM is a horrible business w no idea what customer service even means. We went to Walmart 2 days in a row, the first time we waited over 30 minutes for someone to help us at the Jewelry Department but nobody ever showed up! We had them page someone 3 times & every person we asked for help they were really rude! So the second night we went waited over 45 minutes this time and finally almost a hour later we finally get help!!! It was ridiculous they way these employees treated us! And to think our transaction only took maybe 5 minutes!!!! Terrible!!!! read more

No concern for customers safety, after employees watched a disabled senior fall on the ice then limp back to my RV nobody offered assistance and when I phoned to speak to a manager I was left on hold, gave up after about 10 minutes. I ordered a computer from the Trinidad Co. Store. It was supposed to be delivered by August 15, by eight fifteen that evening. I paid for it with a credit card thinking even Walmart could ship a computer 16 miles to Raton, NM. Of course it didn't arrive. I will call Bentonville tomorrow and talk to their legal department to see if I can get those responsible fired. I have no use for stupid people or stores that don't do what they say they will do. I'll start shopping somewhere I can trust the business. Walmart has shown me that I can't trust them at all. read more

So my daughter went in at 7 a.m soon as the tle opens. After a hour and a half still haven't even started the oil change poor management asked the speak to a manager and he's on vacation terrible service terrible management I been to a lot of Walmart's never has it took that long for a oil change Need new management!!!! read more

Yeah, it is a Walmart Supercenter but Jeez is it a small one! Lots of selection you hope they have from the bigger stores they do not have. The upside is it is open 24 hours so if you need to go in and grab something in the middle of the night they are indeed open. One of the few open places in Trinidad after 8pm! read more

I've been to the Trinidad Wal-Mart several times over the past few years. Sometimes nothing beats a trip here, especially when you don't known enough to look for a local alternative. Hell, I even bought furniture here. Not quite sure what I was thinking, but what the hey. read more

This is great, a bit smaller than most but it's in a small town so I can understand. The workers are friendly and know where stuff is. I've grown up and even worked at Walmart before and this is my favorite one so far. I would recommend going here if anything is needed. read more

Ok, as a person who grew up with Walmart in the south, I was excited to see Trinidad had one when I moved here. Now, I avoid this place at all cost, including driving into Pueblo just to get some essentials or paying more for things at Safeway just to not deal with this place. Self checkout is always broken and there are never more than 2 regular lanes open when i have been there. The only thing this place has going for it is at least the workers are friendly. I have yet encountered someone who wasn't able to point me in the right direction or walk with me to find something. Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave on this one! read more

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING!!!!!! Considering it is one of the only places to shop, I frequent this store a lot. Every single time I buy groceries I will find a few expired items, especially milk, juice, and eggs. Those are the normally expired items, but it's definitely not limited to those items. Ok its a Wal-Mart and they typically have what you need. The pharmacy is terrible and I will not go here for the pharmacy ever. They never have enough cashiers on and this can be infuriating. Employees usually do a pretty good job of being helpful and the ones I have interacted with have been good. Its a Wal-Mart folks it is what it is. read more

Awful experience with the tire department. I called looking for a trailer tire because we had a blow out on our 5th wheel. The girl on the phone said they had 3, I told her we were an hour out and asked if they close at 6pm as per google. She said they close at 5pm. We arrived before 5pm a girl working there told my husband that they were short staffed and are now closed. Before 5pm.... the service manager came out and without even looking up the tire size said they were sold out. He just didn't want to do the work. Said something about someone being on vacation and didn't schedule properly. He was leaving. Now we are stuck trying to get home without a spare. read more

If I could give no stars I would!! This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have had in years but of course I have not shopped at a WalMart in years either. Thankful this will be my last trip here before we head back to TX for the winter. SO ready to be able to shop at HEB again!! Started off with my online order not being ready from 745 PM to 11 AM. The reason was that it simply didn't get pulled. I told Robbie that I didn't understand their system and that most businesses had online orders ready within and hour. I asked Robbie to just cancel the order since I could do my own shopping and it defeated the purpose of ordering online if it didn't save me time. He said he would have to pull it to cancel it, which of course makes PERFECT sense. Robbie seemed unconcerned and I really didn't think he was going to get it pulled or refunded in a quick manner. I walked away and turned right back around to let him know to pull it, I would take his order and I would do my grocery shopping while he was doing that. Robbie walked by with a TV and totally didn't acknowledge that we had even spoke. Another lady said that she would go pull. Thankful she did this and got me out quickly. Unfortunately there was a change to the order that she said had to be taken care up up front. So while I stand in that line for 15 minutes I decided to write this review. So happy that this is my last trip to this Walmart and if I can help it WalMart FOREVER!! read more

This Wal-Mart pharmacy pleasantly surprised me. I needed prescriptions transferred and they quickly and accurately filled them. I was also offered and accepted vaccinations which the pharmacist administered painlessly.The staff was friendly and efficient and I was impressed with the service I received! read more
