I locked myself, my phone, my dog and my groceries in my car last Saturday. Douglas at the customer service desk loaned me his own personal phone. He looked up the phone number for AAA and wrote the address of the store down on a sticky note for me to give to them. I couldn't have asked for better help. A response of yes it is when you have a line and you are just standing there talking. Dan, the cashier in the one, manned line, proceeded to crush all my vegetables under cans, boxes and bottles while "bagging" today. The electronic screen did not show pricing as items were checked out, so the several items that were rung up wrong will have to be at my loss, because I'm not waiting at the service counter for 20 more minutes to get credit for the errors. This review written solely from perspective of a spark delivery driver. I have not shopped at this store otherwise. Arrived at the store. Have not been here before. There were signs stating that the pick up people should go to one location. So I went to that location and then could not find help. When I did find help i was told i needed to go to another location. And then unlike the fort collins store the orders were not already bundled together in a cart ready to just push out. Had to go and grab a cart and then load it as they handed me bag by bag. The employees were all super friendly and helpful! The process here was way more complicated than at the fort collins store though. Store was clean. Parking lot huge. read more

I came here to make a quick trip just to grab some necessities, as we made our way to the checkout, we noticed an employee gave us a very nasty look. We got to the checkout line, and after waiting about 15 minutes we get to the front just so the worker can give us ANOTHER dirty look and say "10 items only", and keep in mind there was no sign and we counted the items in our cart just to have 11. We tried to joke around saying its just one more item and no response, just a glare from the worker. Not a word out of his mouth. Might I mention we are hispanic and the worker shook his head at us. I was shopping with my autistic child and we were having a great time everyone was helpful up until the floor manager at checkout. I believe her name was Easton and she made my experience horrifying. It was Sunday the 1st in the afternoon and not only did she demoralize and berate me in front of my autistic child but other customers as well. The associates at this Walmart are actually rancid human beings. Why have a job if you don't want to work? Why go through the effort to show up to work to not actually do your job?? It baffles me, the laziness of these people. I went in at 5pm on Black Friday after checking the Walmart app for something specific. The app said they had 4 of the item I was looking for in stock. When I went to the shelf, the item wasn't there, so I went to ask for an associate to check for me. An associate named Conrad, and large lumberjack looking dude, and a tall skinny old guy were all standing in a circle listening to a video on one of their phones, FOR 5 MINUTES, I waited, and waited, and waited for them to acknowledge that I was standing right if front of them. Mind you, I said "excuse me?" twice. Another male associate with long hair asked them to help me and they all ignored him. Once I finally got their attention after they were done watching the video, Conrad came over and scanned the tag for item that was missing from the shelf, he said he doesn't know where the 4 in-stock items are that the app says they have, and then walked away. I followed him and asked if he could check other Walmart location stock, he said the app is usually wrong so there would be no point in checking. I walked away and decided to ask someone else hoping he was the only lazy associate I would have the displeasure of dealing with. Nope. I walked up to a short woman with black hair, her tag said "coach" so I'm assuming she was a team lead of some sort. I asked if she could check for me, she said "no, I check that item earlier and they're all gone, so there's no point in checking again." I then asked her to check other Walmart locations stock, she pulled out her little Walmart phone and says the same thing Conrad did. Disappointed and disgusted with the laziness of the associates, I left, assuming the app was actually just inaccurate, despite them being so reluctant to just help me and be nice about it. I went back in the next morning for some other items and decided to just check and see if the item was in stock. RIGHT THERE, FRONT AND CENTER, ONE LEFT, BUT WITHOUT THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE. I immediately went over to a new associate and asked if they had just got a new shipment of the item. Maybe the morons from last night weren't just lying to me and being lazy inconsiderate morons. Maybe they just got a new shipment, and I have no reason to be upset. NOPE. The new associate, a shorter, older dude with a grey and white short beard, told me that they HAD NOT gotten a new shipment, and the item HAD INDEED been there all night. Luckily, he honored the Black Friday sale after I told him about the ordeal with the MORON associates from the previous night. Now I have my item, for the price I was looking for and PUT IN THE EFFORT OF GOING OUT ON BLACK FRIDAY to pay. So at the end of the day, I'm happy, but man, those associates need some serious training. If they tried to work anywhere else, they'd be fired. read more

These new checkout changes are a nightmare. All self checkouts are closed and you are forced to go to a cashier with a long line. They are also checking receipts at the door. If they're going to continue making customers feel like criminals, I will no longer be giving them my business. read more

Check out at this store has turned into a nightmare!! They removed both self-check out areas. However, they seemed to have kept a couple of lanes that are self-check out, but the lines are always long. They haven't added more cashiers since removing the self-check out areas and they have no lanes for express check out (10 items or less). You could have two items or 75 items to check out and you still have to wait in long lines. I spend more time in the check out lanes than I do shopping! It's ridiculous and I will no longer shop at this store. It's not worth my time or frustration. I've talked to several people that I know shop at this store and they feel the same way. read more

While this store has a huge selection and has been super helpful with their grocery pickup service during the pandemic, their adhesion to public health guidelines is abismal. While they post signs requiring masks, upon setting foot inside its evident that employees and customers are not held to this standard. Visited today, this has always been my go to store. Things are changing.. Could not find Goya products, I want to support them because of their recent boycott from the libs.Goya on line but not on shelves... Other missing products No Wheat Chex cereal , plenty of other Chex cereals. No grape nut flakes . Generally it is clean, and not too crowded when I have been there. The Walmart store is fine. The problem is I was there today and noticed several people didn't have masks on. It is supposed to be mandatory. I asked an employee why they had people without masks. This store is usually nice and clean, with a good stock, and fairly competitive prices , , with good security. Just keep away from the beef and Walmart generics. I have found some of the name brand stuff at a fairly cheap price that fell apart on me . Also avoid our formerly trustworthy Black and Decker stuff and the Briggs and Stratton mowers that turned out to be very poorly built. It's overall a good place to shop as long as you are cautious of this chinese rip-off stuff. read more

Worst Walmart ever! And I'm from California so I've been in a few. They never have more than 1 cashier and the self check out is always full. More than most of the time there is always something on my list that they are out of. Just the other day I thought to go to the garden and see what plants were available and there was a greeter there who I smiled at and I was greeted with "welcome to Walmart I don't have a cashier" quite rudely. It's the nicest Wal-Mart in the area, which is a flowery way of saying that it doesn't feel like shopping in a cell block. But it's still Wal-Mart - low prices, indifferent "associates", poor to fair quality goods and a giant corporation raking in the profit while its employees live in the parking lot. A little earth-tone decor isn't going to change that. AND, it is in the same shopping center as Starbucks, Chick Fil-A, Wendy's, Les Schwab, Valero gas, and across from Costco, Taco Bell and Freddy's. I bought what I thought was a new humidifier. it was packaged as if it was new and there was no indication that it has been returned to the store. When I got home and opened it, there were smudges/fingerprints all over there plastic. I thought it was no big deal until I took it out of the box to find that there was still water in it and calcium build up in the humidifier. I appreciate that there is a generous return policy, however heavily used appliances should not be sold as new. read more

Every time I shop at this Walmart I have to produce a receipt and the employee proceeds to do a thorough review of every item in the cart. Half the time their scanner isn't correct so then they act like you've tried to take something without paying. Super unfriendly and kinda rude. I'm wish there was a way to leave a review with no stars. This racism I felt from the employee at the door when I walked out was astounding. After watching several people leave the store without so much as a wink in their direction, an old, very heavy set balding employee stopped me and my husband and asked to see our receipt. He then proceeded to go through the things in our cart while several white families walked around him and out the store. After about a minute or two, I finally snatched the receipt out of his hand and walked out. The families that actually waited behind us were white and he didn't even acknowledge their presence and they walked out the store. I will not shop here again. I shopped here on 2/21/20, and I have never had such a horrible customer service experience - by the "greeter" of all employees. As soon as I walked, I apparently walked in thru the "wrong" door and she made me go back outside and enter thru the other side. I was already in the store! Mask on as well, so she had no reason to be so rude about it. Even the poor cart collector remarked how the greeter is a "pain in the butt". I was so flustered by her yapping that I forgot my cart and had to get another one, where she once again starting pestering me. Who knew an elderly woman could be so vile? And of course, when I was leaving, she starting hounding me about not having my receipt immediately available for her because i "should know better" and it's a "corporate requirement". Ma'am, I do not work for Walmart and I rarely shop in store so how would I know? Not only did she pester me with her comments, but I witnessed her speak to two other customers in a similar manner. This location is convenient because it is right off of I25. It is better than the Magnolia location in several regards. Those being that this location is not as heavy in volume when it comes to other customers holding up the lines or blocking your way. They seem just a wee bit more friendly here as well. Trouble is with this store it is smaller and you cant always find what you are looking for here. read more

I live in Loveland where we have two Walmarts and sad to say both are very lacking when it comes to customer service and selection. BUT! The Walmart in Timmnath totally rocks! The customer service is awesome, the selection and placement of items is easy to find and see and they actually restock items which the two Walmarts in Loveland cant seem to do. My wife didn't believe me, so I took her there over Christmas and we easily blew two hours xmas shopping because she agreed it was much better. The Timmnath Walmart is my favorite and I will gladly drive the extra ten minutes knowing that I will always be able to get what I want and be greeted with a smile. read more

This Walmart is not racist as Shikima states. People are periodically checked. While I don't like it as it seems dumb to check a cart 20 ft from the checkout lane, they do not discriminate. Ft. Collins is a majority white area so of course some white people will not be checked. If you stood there long enough, you'd see white people also getting checked. I have been to many Walmarts and I particularly like this Walmart due to several reasons: 1. Ample and spacious parking lot. I never had to struggle to find parking spot here. 2. The friendly staff working in the Walmart. Most of the employees there carry a smile with them. 3. It is big and spread out. I don't feel squeezed or whatsoever in this Walmart. 4. Strategically located near a gas station. I will get gas before or after finishing my chores. Overall, i like this particular Walmart. I don't particularly like going to this Wal-Mart for my medicines. I have been waiting almost two weeks for Wal-Mart to fill out one med. The pharmacy staff are wonderful hard working folks. It's not their fault Wal-Mart does not care if one small person needs her meds. Now I am told I have to wait until June 1. I am fighting my insurance company to let me go back to Walgreens were I was always able to receive my meds on time. However, after talking with the manager I was told my meds COULD be here on Wednesday. We will see!! I like to put in a good word for the friendly staff at this Wal-Mart store. read more

This is by far my favorite Walmart in the area! The employees are super friendly and they always have what I want in stock. The aisles are wide and it's never busy when I go in. Which is nice because I hate fighting for space in the aisle. This is also the closest grocery store that offers one of my FAVORITE products.... Jalapeno Bacon! It's also a very convenient location. I travel to Denver often and if on my way back home I find I need something I just go to this Walmart. It's right off I25 and there's easy access to get back on the highway. read more
