I always see lobster tails there anything and I called to ask and the lady on the phone was really rude giving me an attitude and said they didn't have a lobster place is really expensive yesterday. My dad got a couple of things about I would say under 20 higher than 10. And it cost him $125. Not even line if I can find the receipt I'll show a picture. We win another time. Got only like 9 to 10 items. It was to make strawberry shortcake. Like you know the little small cupcake, looking things that you put the whipped cream and strawberry sauce on it. Was there on Tuesday trying to fill my own water jugs with the water spout inside the store in the back never used it before. Didn't know how to use. I stopped an employee that was doing the to go orders to show me how to use it. she said she didn't know how either but she would go get somebody. Neither one of them came back. Flagged down another employee again on the go orders. She said she didn't know how to do it either but she would find someone that did. I spoke to a member of mgmt I'm assuming, He showed me how to use it now I know for future reference no thanks to the two employees that I had asked first. I have worked Walmarts, I work for Dunkin' Donuts. I have more customer service in my little finger than 99.99% of these other people have on a good day. I was getting a small trash can for my bedroom and they didn't have ANY sizes for the trash can they had sizes close but not enough so it could fit properly either way to big or way to small. I have all the normal wal-mart complaints, too big, not always clean, products are manufactured with exploited labor, but two things really stick out about the Tilton location. 1. The employees are always miserable. I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not suspect this is their fault. I suspect there are serious management problems at this location. 2. If you feel a need to have an employee at the front of the store randomly stop you for a receipt inspection because you suspect your customers are all thieves, then you should remove the self check-out. I have on several occasions nearly panicked because I tossed the receipt into a bag and couldn't find it. There is even an option on the screen to email the receipt, what happens if I don't have it? I read another review here that said the customer was physically restrained from leaving by staff when they refused to produce their receipt. The checks are totally random too, I have on three separate occasions had mine checked immediately before seeing two people before me walk through unchecked. I hope they put a target in Tilton or Franklin some time soon. read more

On 11/26/2021 at the Tilton, New Hampshire Wal-Mart, I used self checkout for my items. During the entire transaction, an employee watched me scan every item. Upon leaving, I was asked to show my receipt. I politely said no thank you and continued walking. The door greeter grabbed onto my car and would not let me leave. Because of this my child almost fell out of the cart. They had no reason to suspect shoplifting. Therefore this is false imprisonment. They witnessed me scan everything. A member of management then blocked the front of my cart. A customer then grabbed onto my cart in order to "assist" the door greeter. My children were very scared. The police arrived and had my receipt checked and I was allowed to leave. I filed a complaint with walmart customer care and they followed up with an apology email stating I should not have been treated that way. Today I received a call from the store manager John. During our conversation he laughed about my experience and told me that I was not being truthful and that his employees did nothing wrong and that I did not have to shop at his store. I wanted to get past this incident, however I am now very upset. My daughter is now afraid to go to a walmart. My children and I were held against our will in this store and that is a violation of our civil liberties. read more

This is a rather nice Walmart. It has friendly workers, clean bathrooms, and good selections. I usually get a salad kit and a pint of ice cream while here and both are always good. There's a Market Basket next door but this Walmart is superior to any grocery store in the area in my opinion.. read more

Used pick up and was told my order wasn't at their location. Was treated like I was stupid. Called for manager and showed him my confirmation email and miraculously they found my order. Went home and found my bread smashed, blueberries smashed in my trunk and rolling around my in the back of my jeep . My meat had finger holes in it. was from the girls who loaded my stuff in my jeep. Very unprofessional and for my troubles got a lousy 10 dollar gift card. read more

Called the Electronics Department multiple times asking for a specific game for XBox. Was told multiple times that the game was in stock and available for pick up. We drove over 2 hours to pick up the game, just for it to not have ever have been in stock. The amount of gas wasted alone was INFURIATING. The fact that the employees gave us attitude on top of the wrong information was the straw that broke the camels back. Absolutely disgusting that this company lets incompetent employees anywhere near the phone. read more

I had studded snow tires put on three of my vehicles. It was quick and easy with friendly people who knew what they were doing.

If I could give 0 Stars I would but this app does not allow it. We went to the electronics department trying to ad match. The Wi-Fi back there doesn't even work. When we finally were able to go to the end of an aisle and hold our phone up we found an ad match but since it was a sale item they would not allow us to match the price. They went to their Walmart website and the price was higher than what we found on our phone. After 45 minutes trying to get Wi-Fi and an ad match we were unsuccessful. Spoke to a manager who was not helpful at all. We left never to return read more

I'm never coming to this Wal*Mart again they kicked my friends and I out all because we went in to go look for my friend Calvin's girlfriend and i needed to get dinner this is uncalled for like I never go there every night I barely go there and the only time I go there is to go food shopping and buy my nieces toys or hair products for my hair. If you ever go to Wal*Mart and you go there every night beware they will kick you out if they see you in there way too many time which is dumb as hell because everyone is welcomed there you wanna know why because we are customers and we don't not I repeat do not need to put up with this kind of behavior from any employee here at Wal*Mart. I can't believe I can no longer come back here when they be out here assuming that I come in here every night and it's getting kinda old just like every one in there....... not to mention we went in their to get the boys alcoholic drinks and they denied all of our Ids because I supposably didn't look old enough to this old lady who checked out IDs all because she didn't feel comfortable with serving us which is dumb as hell and I can't believe what I was hearing from these 3 ladies like I did nothing wrong besides go back in to get something to eat and now I have to wait til tomorrow to go out and get something to eat at a different store this is by far the worse place to get food, clothes, shoes, hunting gear, car accessories, toys for your children and I recommend not going here and just go to Concord Wal*Mart where they have respect for their customers and won't kick you out just because they see you everyday I'm just being honest and being me and clearly they need to learn some manners and get their act together read more
