I was in the area this past weekend for a wedding. I was having car issues, before heading back to Chicago I wanted to have my car checked out. It was Sunday, luckily Walmart was across the street from our Hotel. I brought it over and Jarrod the service manager drove it around out back and confirmed that indeed t didn't feel right. He put it up on the rack, I had a broken belt on my passenger tire. This was the best case scenario. My tire was replaced for the reasonable price of $58. this place has excellent pickup if this is the one in South Haven I just wish they had an option to deliver your groceries because right now when I go to the website it says that there's no option for delivery and I live in town so you think there would be an option for delivery but apparently I live too far away for delivery which is in the center of town read more

I just can't visit this store anymore. Too many customers walking around without masks. I've seen people going into the store wearing masks but then remove them. Staff won't confront these uniformed, although I do have other words to describe these 'folks', customers. read more

Had the worst customer experience again at the South Haven Walmart. I showed them that a toy I was buying was listed on their app for in-store purchase for a cheaper price. They scanned it with their phone and told me I was wrong. I showed them their app with their location and they refused to fix the price. I had over $200 in merchandise and they refused to fix a $3 price difference. I will never go back their. I have had many horrible experiences at this location. I would recommend Meijer. read more

Dear South Haven Walmart: please hire not -so- scrappy looking "security" and actually teach them how to do their job.... I was totally being followed because I chose to look at/purchase expensive sheets. Why else would two different "friends" walk by me 3 different times in random directions, never purchasing anything or picking up anything else??? Your good security went to Meijer! Most of your good help is gone; I worked there 12 years and could always spot a shady customer, but you never wanted to do anything about it. People bought out what I wanted at Meijer; that's the only reason I came to your crappy store! Sorry to any of my friends that actually still work there..... you all deserve better. P.S. After being voluntarily quarantined for almost 5 weeks,I needed to get out and get some groceries. I have all of the medical conditions,plus an autoimmune disease that destroys my joints. I have one knee replacement and one knee that is bone on bone and extremely painful. I walk with an obvious limp as well as wear a leg brace. My car displays a handicap walker emblem and I also use a placard. It was early in the morning(about 5 minutes to 8,in the morning)When we began to walk to the entrance,there were barracades and yellow tape and we were told to walk to the farthest part of the sidewalk(near the car mechanics side)to go through MANY more painful steps,just to walk right back to where we were in front of the store. Mind you,we were all suited up,masks,long sleeves,gloves. Also the fact that we hadn't been out of our house in longer than a month. There also were no other customers behind us or coming out. And since we were going into the IN doors, the customers leaving would be going out of the OUT. The"attendants"could very easily explain,if the customers couldn't read or understand the simple principle. Anyway,let's forget that every step is agony and it is a "law"that ALL customers have to do. If it served a purpose,I wouldn't be so upset. After shopping(at record speed,to get off of my painful knee) as we were coming out,the attendant saw two people who he greeted warmly(obviously friends) and shooed them right in,without making the trek around the ridiculous "barrier". I am very easy going,but when I was hobbling out with the cart,I said to my husband,rather loudly"Did you just see THAT??? They were walking fine,and they didn't have to go out around!"To which the attendant said"THEY are handicapped!" WTH?? Did I mention my LEG BRACE and obvious difficulty walking?! Now I know there are a lot of reasons why people can't be on their feet and may not show obviously,but they walked up to him fine,and if I could walk those steps,it is only fair that ALL others be made to as well. In spreading the disease,I would think those extra steps might actually be about the most ridiculous thing I have seen,thus far. We are exposed to the same exact area that someone,being outside,may have coughed or sneezed,thinking being outside it wouldn't hurt anyone else. When I tried to call the manager...or at least SOMEBODY in management,I was on hold for over 15 minutes and never got through to them,after supposedly being paged. Am I wrong,or would their little barriers be better placed between the in and the out INSIDE the store and if they are worried,extend it the entire width from the front door to where the parking lot starts. I have had nothing but problems with that store.Very dissappointing! Oh,and I am a two time store manager,so I know how customers should be treated and that,most definitely wasn't it.So rude! read more
