Would have given ZERO stars if possible. My very first delivery order was not delivered! I joined the plus membership & the day after placed an order. The store was not able to get the order delivered, no driver accepted the job. Maybe because I did not add a tip on the order. I give cash tip upon delivery of anything where a tip is applicable. They wanted me to cancel, reschedule, or PICKUP the order! If I had wanted to pick the order up I would not be paying for a membership! How stupid! The staff who pick the orders mark most things out of stock and I park & go in and guess what? The item(s) they say are out of stock is on the shelf! Lazy people...and they want a tip! read more

Carry an umbrella as the birds that fly in through the automatic doors in the garden center fly in and roost in the rafters throughout the store.There is a rat and mice infestation and has been for quite some time.Foid that sits out most of the day is often put back in the freezer compartments without being temperature checked.Sexusl deviants and I have seen it come in the store on a regular basis and do some pretty questionable things.Stolens are about two shopping carts everyday.Management usually hides out in the back and is totally incompetent in running a store.The aisles look like a tornado hit them.The items are pretty much low quality imported junk.The whole store is basically like any Wal Mart in that it is a filthy poorly lit prison like dumpster fire of a retail joke.Like one associate said if I could get by with it I would burn the place down and the other female associate said I would give you the cigarette like.Bottom of the totem pole retail!! read more

COVID has been hard on all business i realize. But please be honest about your capability to provide services for those of us who are still employed and are on a limited time schedule. Don't promise a service to be complete, with the customer standing in front of you, knowing you current capabilities, and then expect them to wait an extra hour for that service. I avoid shopping there except as a last resort, but my husband asked me to call the Auto Center to price tires for an emergency situation with his work vehicle. Reluctantly, I did call. The clerk who answered was as rude as humanly possible and no help at all. He refused to give me a price when I told him the make, model and year of the vehicle, I suppose, because he wouldn't let me finish my sentences or questions and kept assuming what I was going to say instead of listening. After he interrupted me again and barked out that I'd have to look up the size myself, I just agreed and called him back with the info, carefully speaking as fast as I could so as not to be rudely interrupted again. Then, he said the tires would be a special order and it'd be a week before ANY TIRE AT ALL for this vehicle was available. I then called my husband to tell him and he said he had just "hobbled" on over(he was broken down across the street from Walmart)and the vehicle was already on the rack getting new tires. THEREFORE, whatever ass answered the phone was just a lying, rude, and/or ignorant jerk and I didn't appreciate this experience at all. Also, although I was aware of the unlikelihood that tires for a Jeep Cherokee were a "special order" and unavailable for a week, which was proven by what happened, I was too annoyed to argue with the guy although it took all I could muster not to call back after the job and gloat. Then again, Walmart got $200 from me anyway so I guess I lost after all. I DETEST WALMART and this experience reinforced that opinion. read more

Let me start by saying that I am not a Walmart fan for many reasons. But when you live in a rural area, sometimes Walmart is the only option. Last week was the first time I shopped at the Somerset store. It was usual WalMart merchandise and floor plan. But when we checked out...could they possibly have crammed the check stations any closer together??? Total congestion, people having to back way up to let others through. And a handicapped person in a motorized cart was frantically trying to get out of the chaos where she was crammed on 3 sides. (We noticed her plight and guided her out after no one else seemed to notice.). This was a Tuesday morning not on a usual payday. What the heck? With stations so close together they need to open more to relieve congestion. We all know that won't happen, since the trend is to force customers to self-checkout. tire has been losing air for the past month, got to the point which i had to fill it up before driving it each day. took it here, told them the valve stem needed replacing. had a 45 minute wait...when it was completed they said nothing was wrong with my tire and there were no leaks or holes. yeah right. took it to another tire place immediately after and they had said there was a hole which they patched in thirty minutes for only $14. would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. read more

My husband bought an 80.00 plus dollar blow up mattress and of course it was taken back but? had to get another mattress instead of the return, was told that if the box was opened! they could not! give the money back just an exchange, well? got a smaller blow up air mattress and it went down like the first one did, so? it was taken back and they still would not! return the money, they did have me to get other merchandise that would equal the amount of the exchanged mattress, and gave me a 15.00 gift card for the difference. got the smaller one home and again! it went down overnight! My husband talked to a manager after 20 times trying to get one on the phone, he told my husband to bring this thing back and what do you know!!!!!!!! they said no way would they make it right when he had just gotten the okay to bring the exchanged mattress back! the somerset,kentucky walmart lies to the customer and says they will do something and won't! now we are out 70 plus dollars and they even tell the customer if the box is opened? nothing they will do to make it right! what damn idiot doesn't open something to see if it works for them to have to return it in the first place! walmart in somerset,kentucky is a rip off to the customers that spend hard earned money for the sam walton cartel zillionaires! what will we do with a damaged item that cost more than it's worth! walmart people that are customer service are the ones that say yes or no , they could have at least given me a gift card! read more

First off let start by saying if there was a negative star on the rating this store would definitely get it. There is s middle aged person in the Vision center. The worst customer service I have ever heard. You never ever tell a customer that they are making you lose money because they came to your store instead of the Walmart it was purchased at. And it is the customers right to look at the papers their doctor has sent. What if the prescription for their glasses were wrong? Grabbing papers out of someone's hands is pretty low. That's two reasons you should be reprimanded. Third, is it not part of the vision care representative to let the Customer(the one who pays your wages and the reason you are there) try on their glasses to make sure they fit properly?
