I have placed 2 orders from White Lily for delivery to my fiance' at her place of business…read more The first order was delivered in a timely manner, however, they substituted different flowers than the ones I had ordered. This would not be a big deal ordinarily, but I had upgraded the arrangement to Deluxe and it was well over $100. The arrangement they delivered looked like a $30 arrangement. I absolutely did not get my money's worth. The second order was on Valentine's day. I placed my order 6 days in advance to ensure my order would be near the top of the list and delivered in a timely manner. I also placed an order without roses to help expedite the arrangement. Well, she has been sitting at work all day and everybody around has been getting flowers from White Lily except her. The lady right next to her received her order that her husband placed this morning! Yet she is still sitting there at 3:30 and her arrangement is still sitting at White Lily on a table waiting for the last truck of the day, per the person who answered the phone when I called. I would not recommend White Lily to anybody.
