I asked, do you have no one to carry out groceries? Then I looked at him and said, never mind I'll carry my own. I may as well be at Walmart because they don't carry out the groceries. Part of the reason I come to United is the service of having my groceries carried out for me. I pay a little more for my items because of this service I guess I will not be returning since you don't seem to be able to have anyone to carry groceries anymore! I will tell you that the meat, you sometimes have to cook about 5 minutes longer than what it says on the package, but if you go by cooking temperature, it turns out delicious. I love that I don't have to guess about the portions or calories.

They do a really good job of putting the friendly and knowledgeable workers at the cashier checkouts. Usually they have about 2 of these. Having a friendly face who knows how to be neat and carful when bagging my groceries makes up for some of the hassle of not having the online features working.
