What is Walmart on Bay Road thinking? I have shopped in that store a lot over the past few years and that store used to be set up in a good way! Everything was organized in a good fashion and you could find things quickly and easily not now! Everything seems to be changed around on a daily basis and you can't find what you need! There are signs hanging up,but they need a more detailed map of where everything is! This store is always out of stock of even the basic necessities and that is just pitiful! It's so sad that Walmart is more concerned about the almighty dollar instead of focusing on their customers! If Sam Walton was still alive he would be livid to see that his customers are treated like crap, and so are their staff! read more

I visited this store today. First of all the cashier gave me "no greeting". Then I went to leave the store and there were people in the parking lot by the door that were fighting (physical, verbal) and I saw the sheriff drive in as I was leaving. Then I went home and discovered that they did not give me all my items. I called the store and a person at the customer service desk was very rude to me, told me to hang on, than I heard a dial tone. I called back and spoke with a manager. She said she would straighten things out and was very polite. That was the only positive experience I had with this store today and I am done doing business here. read more

I was so very nervous to be here..I'm from up north where its more rural, laid back, and quiet. I have Asperger's and lots of people and busy places tend too throw me into a panic attack. I absolutely loved this place! Everyone who worked their that I came in contact with were SUPER friendly. I've been to multiple walmarts and always had trouble with barcodes at the self check out on movies. The nice lady working their was the first too actually tell me why everytime I scan a movie it calls over the person working. I was just so thrilled that someone was actually taking the time to teach me how to properly do it. The store was clean, I had no issues. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful visit! read more

I prefer this location over the other one in town since it's larger, better kept and is laid out better. This particular location does have the full garden center as well as an arcade, hair place and a Subway. However, the one on State seems to have more variety than this one. For example: they only do beer/wine and they have about 2/3 of the dairy options that the other store does. read more

Terrible manners on this day 11-23-22. Going to the checkout 3 female workers talking at the end cap, NO ONE was in the line, so I proceeded & asked " are you open " she gave me a look and walked behind the counter, ( the other female had left, but the other must of been training or working together ) I proceeded to put my groceries on the conveyor, no " hello " or nothing from either two, looked liked they were both NOT wanting to be there. Paid for items, not even a " goodbye " or thank you, as I knew they were full of attitude! NEVER, in all my time shopping at this particular Walmart have encountered such rudeness! I wish I would of looked at the aisle. In which I was in, BUT, I'll try & remember the unfriendly workers. read more

Just left the store and the cashier never greeted us. After I spent over a hundred bucks she handed me the receipt without so much as a thank you. I startled her by say thank you loudly to her. I doubt she got the picture. Obviously O'Shea does not want to be working today. Please spend some extra time training your cashiers! read more

Walmart curbside pickup is amazing. Great app, great ordering process, great availability and prices. Drove up to parking spot and Kelly was right there ready to load my order into my trunk. She was so pleasant. Highly recommend! read more

I absolutely hate the use of electronic check out lanes vs a REAL person. The store isn't very well kept and many of their products come from china. I am shopping and love in the USA and would prefer USA made products. Even many of the juice selections in the grocery section are made in other countries! read more

I ordered a couple of mounted prints online from the Bay Rd store. Was informed that I would receive an email when the order would be ready to pick up. A couple plea of hours after receiving said email I drove to the store only to be informed that they did not have the material to do the job. I was also told that I would have been called (saving me the trip) but the guy in-charge of the photo dept. did not want to make a long distance call. I asked for my money to be refunded and was told to contact Walmart.com. Asked to whom I should direct my complaint and was told Walmart.com I won't be doing business with Walmart again. I would highly recommend MEIJERS read more

Cashiers are quiet as a mouse and for me it comes across as rude. Especially when I ask "how are you" and don't even get so much as a "good thank you" in return. It's almost as if they're trained to be terrible. Slow moving, no professionalism, rude management, this place is all around awful. read more

Tire center refused to put our tires on. Gave us a jack that wasn't suitable for the weight of our vehicle. Good thing we knew this and used our own. Should've used theirs and sued when it dropped the trailer. No discount for the do it yourself service. Too bad for us it's Sunday and this was literally our only option. read more

Wanted to buy 4 new tires but was told I had to pay 48$ for a lifetime balance. I've purchased tires in the past and did not get this lifetime balance. They would rather lose my business then sell me the tires . I dont want a lifetime balance. I'm goin elsewhere. I'm sure Walmart doesn't care. I'm done with this store. Cancelling my lay away and never shopping here a read more

Easily the worst Wal-mart I have been to in my life and reminded me again why I normally go to Target. Only reason I went to Wal-Mart was that it was open 24 hours. Idiot & apathetic sales associates had no clue where anything was in their store & wandered aimlessly trying to find things like THEY were the customer! This particular store is disorganized with whole sections missing merchandise. Finally genius sales associate said as if he suddenly thought up a great idea: "You know what you can do? Order the stuff we can't find online!" I wouldn't be here after hours if I didn't need it right away and you're telling me basically to go home & order something that the app shows is in stock just so the lazy sales associate can stop looking for it.... read more

Like every other Walmart. I think may be a Super Walmart. Delineated into groceries, home/office products, recreation, clothing, and electronics. Always competitive pricing. read more

Good for quick grocery or shopping needs.

Seriously what's the point of having self check outs, they rarely open them. The lines are too long and the store is trashed every time I go there, the produce sucks, the clearance section is unshoppable. The parking is always trashed. If I could I would give it no stars! read more
