Walmart's are big stores, lots of products. And it takes good employees to keep things working properly. Customer care is very important to me. But another thing that always stands out to me
is inventory organization. And employees who know where products are located.
I realize on busy days, holidays etc., it can be a bit rough. But keeping products in their right places has to be done. And finding an employee to help you if you can't find what your looking for is just as important.
I needed a cushioned seat for work. My big truck seat is probably the original and it is uncomfortable, I ache at the end of the day.
It was "Black Friday". And this was 1 of my plans over the holiday weekend to find a good seat for my truck. The Walmart where I live is 5 minutes away. But for some reason when inventory is sold out it takes awhile to be replaced. So instead of going there, I just went to the Marketplace Walmart. I have only been there a half dozen times but always had good luck.
When I arrived it was busy, it was Black Friday after all. I walked in and headed to the auto department. I walked down an aisle and saw an employee helping another customer. When he finished I told him what I needed. He instantly answered and pointed out exactly where the seat I wanted was. I was impressed. read more
