I made an appointment with the auto center to replace all four tires on my car. They assured me they had the tires in stock. Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a phone call stating they didn't have the tires in stock. They blamed the person who made my appointment by saying they never pulled the tires from the shelf and mark them as sold. They left me with two options: Forget the tire change or pay for more expensive tires. I was in a bind and agreed to the more expensive tires. Not going to trust Walmart in the future with changing my tires. I'll find some a different company. read more

Let me start by saying that this isn't a bad location. The store is actually newly renovated and pretty clean for a Walmart. They have everything/anything you could want and more. When we're in town visiting family we only stop here if we absolutely have to...which always seems to happen! The only problem that this store really has is the congestion of the parking lot, traffic and that could turn in to long lines inside. But thankfully they have tons and tons of new self-checkout machines! read more

Amazing customer service! The Walmart on Dillon sold me a damaged product and refused to help me (it was an air mattress) I understand policies and why I wasn't able to get a refund, however Customer service wasn't really trying to help. They told me to try this location in Pueblo west, and I'm glad they did. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at any Walmart location. I can't remember the ladies name behind the counter, but she was amazing and was making an effort to help me resolve my issue. read more

This Walmart has poor management. Stock on groceries is poor. They seem to be out of nearly everything that I shop for. They claim that the problem lies with truck supplying their goods. I have shopped Safeway and king Soopers that dont seem to have the same problems. read more

Never order only items from Walmart because you can't return them to the store because online products are purchased from 3rd party vendors. I then contacted the 3rd party vendor and they refused to allow me to return the three products. So I am stuck with tops that are too big. No refund and no exchange. Will never shop at Walmart again. read more

I travel all and up the Front Range of Colorado and have always been a Walmart customer. Moved to Pueblo West at the first of this year. This store is always out of stock of things. The excuse is we dont have enough drivers. Bull BUTTER!. I usually drive all the way back to Colorado Springs or Canon City to get that same product. After a few months of this, I have decided not to ever walk in to this store and ever waste my time again. Stay away from this store and go to Safeway up the road. Wrong priced item again. "It's already gone through so walk to the other side of the store and see customer service." Customer service, that's a joke. At customer service I was told that my item was the wrong item. What does that even mean? After she realized I was correct she scurried away without an apology. All for a $10 blueberry bush. Terrible customer service. Terrible employee work ethic in the auto service area. Pulled up last night about 10 minutes to 7 and instead of asking us what we needed the guy told us he was closing. And walked away. I thought they closed at 7. Plan rude if you ask me. If you have certain hours you should take customers for those hours, not turn people away. It is just lazy. So if you need anything done there give them at least an hour to do a 10 minute job. They must be paid by the hour. read more

Typical Walmart. Hard to find someone working in departments and when we saw a crowd of six employees standing in a group, not one offered assistance. Then I asked them why no one was at the register and then they offered to help. We told the assistant manager and while he was taking inventory he didnt even stop to talk to us, stayed right on the floor, didn't get up to greet us or take the problem serious. After we left i saw him get up and stretch like he was tired. read more

I've only visited this Walmart once and all I got to say is that their customer service is seriously not amazing. We had blown a tire so we visited their auto center, we went in and they of course asked us for tire number and everything, they said they had it and they even had told us the it'd be about $45. Cool, well we went back out to the car to get the blown up tire and then they come at me with "we're 20 minutes away from close so we can't really do anything". And when we tried to ask if they could just change the tire out from the rim and we'd worry about putting it back on the car they said no.. Like really?! It's just 20 more minutes!!! Please help me.. but they sent us off. We didn't even know what to do cause this was late on a Sunday and our Hotel room was out 2 hours from where we were cause we had gone camping. They had no consideration for us what's so ever, even though they had already told us they'd change out our tire. Seriously, such poor customer service. We drove about 20 mins deeper into Pueblo and found another Walmart on Dillon Dr. and they were kind enough to wait up for us. They gave us a new tire and we put it on our car ourselves. Simple. I'm not one to leave reviews or complain about anything really because I work in customer relations so I understand how hard it can get sometimes but seriously come on.. it was just ONE tire. It would've taken up those 20 minutes they had to spare. read more

The store is my favorite Wal-Mart location in all the states I've lived in. The people, the crew, are fantastic. Never rude. Always socially comfortable. Never wooden. It's always clean. Always. This location also has tremendous retail product displays. And I don't just mean the vendor displays that are maintained by the vendor. I mean the displays the crew obviously made. They care here. Caring about the people you serve really charges your customer base up. I always have a good experience. Never once have I been treated as though I was just a pain, a buzzing fly, to the employees. They always seem to be really smiling. Not even fake smiling. It's really fantastic. The store manager or managers should really step outside of the bubble and do an outside-looking-in assessment of their crew and culture and overall morale, and try to quantify it. Because it is so good, I believe it should be the Wal-Mart standard. These people are pros. They seem to like what they do. It's not just a job to them. I thank you. All of you. When I need help finding an area, associates are usually very open to showing me the way, and most time walking me over to the area I'm searching for. Went to this Walmart today, went to the Sporting section. Saw Hatfield Semi Auto shotgun in case, no price marked.Asked for price, quoted $99.oo.I said to rep. that I thought it was more, same quoted again that it was $99.00, and that I would have to speak to another rep due to it being his break time. After waiting , another rep, Nikk, came to counter, and quoted same price, and asked if I wanted It. I said yes. He said he need to run background, and I said if I do that I would be getting aforementioned shotgun. He said YES. I paid for background check, and Nikk said I could shop till check was approved. When called back, Nikk was opening a single shot break down gun. When asked why this gun, Nikk said they scanned this gun and didn"t bother to scan correct box. The he asked if I wanted the single shot, in which I replied that I was quoted for the other gun. Same and lady there, didn"t get name, said the single shot was what I would get. Have Never had problem w/Walmart, and I buy much there. But I would have never had background check ran for the gun they switched on me. Also my wife and I , when checking out at register my wife bought grandchildren clothing for school. Same clothing, was folded neatly with price tag showing. Register lady snatched clothing, priced , then jammed in bag rather nastily. Don"t know if this is new way of treating customers, or if we had big sign saying to be treated thus.
