I called 1 1/2…read moreweeks before the refills bc of dispill packs. when I went to pick them up they were not ready. then after I get home they had the wrong dates on them. (I called snd they refused to make the correction. I have been called names. I would address them with ma'am or sir. i paid for OTC calcium meds last month and went to pick them up bc changing pharmacies. Extremely rude and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It was always mine. Even though I've call well in advance more they they require. If you choose them make sure you keep your receipts with you but don't hold your breath on getting your money back.

They will try to charge you out of pocket instead of working on a common sense solution of separating dosages of the same medication that is covered by your insurance. This is what you get with family and locally owned pharmacies I guess..highly recommend sticking to Walgreens or Walmart if you live in Ponca City.
