First want to say that the staff and customer service rather it being over the phone or actually going there in person is rude and unkind which is unfortunate as a pharmacy is there to help you get your medications. They will try to charge you out of pocket instead of working on a common sense solution of separating dosages of the same medication that is covered by your insurance. This is what you get with family and locally owned pharmacies I guess..highly recommend sticking to Walgreens or Walmart if you live in Ponca City. read more

I've had to change from this pharmacy today after using them for several years. It has been consistently going down hill for sometime but the last two times I've dealt with them have been very frustrating. My last time at their drive up window had me waiting AT the window for 10 minutes while two employees continued to talk to each other and glance at me, never acknowledging my presence. This final event was the deal breaking. My doctor called in prescriptions last Thursday morning. After hearing nothing from the pharmacy regarding "ready for pickup", I called on Friday morning. I was on hold for 15 minutes before an actual human picked up. She knew nothing so transferred me to another line. Waited another 5 minutes. The woman said they would fill the prescription and call me soon. I heard nothing. Called Saturday and set on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. This morning at 9:00 a.m., I called another pharmacy and asked that they contact Bintz and have my prescriptions changed to them. He called me at 5:30 p.m. to let me know he had still not received them even though they told him they would be faxed "right over" this morning. He called me back at 5:55 p.m. to let me know he finally got them after he called again! He also offered to let me come get the medicine tonight, even though they close at 6:00. I do not know what is going on up at Bintz, but it should be figured out quick because the are bleeding out up there! read more

I can't decide if leaving this will make me feel better or not. I like about 50% of the job they do. 50% of the staff are amazing but that leaves the the other 50% that ruins what the good ones do. I've been going here for a year now and I never know if I'm going to get all my medications or if I'm going to have to do their job and make calls to guarantee my order is correct. I always have to call my doctor to get refills because they don't seem to know how to pick up the phone to do it themselves. They lose doctors orders that have been faxed and can't be bothered to call for a replacement order. It's just gotten way out of hand to be a customer here. My sister was even given another customer's medications and didn't know it until she got home. Complaining to Bintz has not helped one bit so this was my only option. Not that it will make a difference either. Just be sure to check your pickup order before you drive away. read more

This is a great pharmacy to go to if you want to wait 45 minutes to a couple of hours at a time for a prescription pickup that you were told hours earlier was ready to be picked up. Or if you want to be talked to like you're stupid! Or if you want to be lied to every step of the way. Good job lying and blaming hospice for not approving the payment for said prescriptions when at least hospice has shown proof as to when the prescriptions were run, whether they were approved or denied and what time it was run or approved or denied. a prescription that we were told hospice denied all day had actually been approved at 11:41am and we were told it wasn't paid till well after I arrived to pick it up. I understand the busyness of anything in the medical field with the Corona virus going around, but when we got told it was ready to be picked up every week for 4 weeks now and still had to wait 45 minutes to an hour or had some kind of hang up as to why it wasn't done always being blamed on hospice. I wouldn't send a cockroach to these people. you could at least take responsibility for your own screw ups. funny how when we call hospice over your pharmacy staff telling us she can't get her meds after being told they were READY FOR PICKUP, hospice calls you guys and boom it's done just like that. I will never willingly use your pharmacy ever again. read more
