The staff was great and tried to troubleshoot our issue to no avail and suggested that we order a new unit and see if it will power up before doing any extensive repair. I appreciate suggestions like that. He could have just said the unit is dead, replaced it and charged me more money. I purchased a replacement radio and it didn't work either, so I knew it was something else. I made an appointment for them to correct the problem. They stated their hourly rate and I agreed to the repair. I received a call less than an hour later saying they found the problem and had it fixed. When I went back to the shop to pick the motorhome up, I found out they only charged me for less than their hourly minimum. That's awesome customer service. When I'm ready to have any audio upgrades on any of my vehicles, this will be my go to place.
