The deliver service was 5 stars until the last 3 deliveries. Never again for me. Too many issues problems and not having items and relying on 3rd parties vendors to deliver late. You would think the shopper would pick the best looking produce but they don't care and just throw crap in the bag without looking at the quality. Onion I just got. Went in the trash. Delivery service was good for a while. They suck now. I told my shopper to cancel my order and he just dropped it off after I cancelled it. Overpriced and lazy shoppers. Hire people that care. We were in the area and needed to find something at the "super center" rather than the neighborhood grocery Walmart that we usually go to. So, we decided to stop here. The store is huge and has a little bit of everything. This particular store had quite a few cash registers open -- not just the self-serve ones -- and I liked that. We want to support employees having jobs, so we usually wait to check out with a human. This isn't a regular stop nor a store we are usually in but have been here several times before. The staff is friendly, and they have most items we need in stock. Although we wouldn't go out of our way to come here, but if in the area, we would certainly stop here again. read more

As a senior, I am very involved in making sure services provided for Seniors are acceptable. I cannot say that a major retailer like this Walmart qualifies as accessible. I walked over after finishing physical therapy to this store. Upon entering, I asked the store greeter where the electric carts were located. He told me there were none. They had 2 but one was broken and the other was, he thinks stolen. This is a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR RETAILER. Not having electric carts for people is unacceptable. I have a torn Achilles tendon (thus the need for a cart). I tried my best to do it on foot but it was too much. As I was leaving, I met the Store Manager and she claimed it was all false and she had plenty but they were all in use. I recently experienced a problem with online ordering at this auto tire center. I placed the order for tires and paid for them and then a couple hours later. They emailed me back saying It was cancelled.I went in the next day to the store in Pompano And asked if they had the tires and they said yes so I put the order in again and got the car on the rack and then they came back and said oh no we don't have them so I don't know what's going on with the store but eventually I got a couple managers involved and we finally got my tires another day,but I was really disappointed this time shopping here. read more

i was just in the store on July 15 2025 to grab dinner for me and husband. when i got to the self checkout station to pay for my stuff, i had slipped and fell on a tiny grape tomato, which i'm assuming was left by the previous customer using the same register i went to. the associate, which i didn't even know was an associate (no vest) was unaware, she was talking to another store associate (aren't they supposed to pay attention to the registers to guide customers to them? watching the floor?). the lady next to me told her i fell. i didn't speak up cause.. well quite frankly i was fine and wasn't hurt, and luckily im not pregnant anymore, so not a big deal to me. associate walks up and asks me if im ok and if i needed paramedics, and says "you're not gonna sue us right?" yes, no, and no. then she proceeds to say "slip and fall on your ass again and get back up".. excuse me? i had to bite my tongue to stop myself from being disrespectful to her. but im sure my face said it everything. i didn't get a name, cause honestly i was so distraught, felt disrespected, and embarrassed that i wanted to just get out of there. luckily i wont be going to this walmart anymore since im moving out of town soon! read more

I came to this Walmart because I was in the area and I wanted to check out what fabrics they had. It is located in a pretty dicey area and it is a very old store. In fact it has a very weird set up that I have not seen before. The food aisles for the most part looked neat, but I did not walk through them to see how stocked the shelves were. Although if you don't see pallets of food, and carts full of merchandise all over the place, it'sit's a win at Walmart. Their fabric section is tiny and there is no rhyme or reason to it. They just stick bolts of fabric wherever they fit. They also sell pre-cut fabric which is the first time I see this at any Walmart. I don't think they do it themselves because it looks as if they get it that way from their warehouse. Service was fine. And the lines weren't long, but I will not come back to the store. read more

I placed an online order for pickup on my way home. The order was placed 8 hours ago. 10 minutes into my "pickup window" and as I was sitting in the parking lot, awaiting my delivery, I was notified that my order would be delayed up to two hours (and 40 minutes from home!). Within 45 minutes, I was notified that my order was ready (good news! I've been sitting here for now 55 minutes). No one sitting in the designated parking area has received a deliver in the 55 minutes. In true customer service oriented spirit, there's a posted phone number (954) 895-2329 to call for assistance. IT GOES TO VOICEMAIL with an outgoing garbled message that they open at 7, then, of course, the mailbox is full. Realizing that Walmart has always been the training ground for future DMV and USPS counter agents (low IQ and lower service aspirations), I would hope that stockholders and customers would pack it in and allow their dollars to be better spent elsewhere. The few dollars I thought I may have saved were wasted in gas used to idle my car (90+ degree Florida summer weather) & more importantly in valuable time wasted. The mere fact that absolutely NO WALMART representative made any effort to acknowledge the problem to the many people waiting for their deliveries speaks volumes. I came here on Jan 22, 2021 around 7pm. This store is by far the dirtiest and most unkept Walmart I have ever been to. I made a return and Keyauna had a lot of attitude. She refused to give a receipt for the return. This store has a super dimly lit parking lot filled with a lot of people that appeared to be loitering around the lot. I did not feel safe at all when I was walking through the lot. PLUS the store blasts country music SUPER LOUD outside through the speakers, so if you find yourself in an unfortunate position in the parking lot, good luck having someone hear your cries for help! read more

Since I reside in Deerfield Beach, I have shopped here many times. In regards to positives, the selection is vast, but it is a bit smaller than an average large Walmart. Nevertheless, you should be able to find everything you are seeking. The prices are low. This is the major competitive advantage of Walmart, and why most people shop at this establishment. The layout is okay. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but it is manageable. There is a Redbox at this location. The issues are the same as most Walmarts. This retailer is not know for its shopping experience, and this is no exception. The isles are very slender, and it can be challenging to move around. The assistance is nearly nonexistent, but this is similar in almost all Walmart stores. However, the staff at the checkout tends to be a little more friendly than the majority of establishments. To me, the low price point at Walmart supersedes all the issues. I gave this Walmart the push to 4/5. My suggestion is to go when it is dead, like Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday early AM, and have a decent shopping experience with low prices. read more

The worker in the self checkout area was very very rude. He did not help me at all even though I had a super colossal order and clearly needed assistance due to the many times he had to come over to me. Then he persisted to watch me the entire time for what I believe to be no reason. Then when I did need help he was no where to be found and told me to wait but then persisted to watch me the entire time..finally when it came time for me to pay he told me I didn't scan the pack of ramen noodles so I simply told him to scan it. I'm not sure if he was trying to embarrass me but I sincerely was not I was highly annoyed the entire time and by the end I didn't even want to purchase anything anymore that's how truly upsetting this worker was to me. Then rather than he scan them it seems like he tried to embarrass me! The worst part this food is not even for me! I told him I was going to write a review for my experience checking out and then he took his badge off and told me to talk to his manager but I was upset because I did need help many times for some reason it kept saying associate sign and then halfway through my order he started looking through my order so I was standing there waiting on him rather than checking everything out. Like that's soooooooo disrespectful! My total was 200$!! And he tried to accuse me of stealing ramen noodles for 3.50 which I patiently told him to scan. It over all was not a good experience and I didn't even get everything I wanted to get. This was very disappointing! I bought the TV one week ago. They refused to take it back because this particular store doesn't carry the tv or stand. I need to go back to the exact store for a refund. The people working at the pharmacy will waste your time. They take the easy route out of working. They don't check your insurance or your Medicaid . They say they have prescriptions ready when it's not even a prescription. My whole family has had problems with this pharmacy. The employees at the pharmacy are childlike and immature. I wouldn't use this Pharmacy if it was the last place that had medication. They also tell you they can't fill a prescription and have your dr call them to put it through.
