I was told they would get to it soon but that I had to get out of the long line of other angry customers waiting for theirs. After going to the back of the 8 person line I waited another hour while watching others not get their orders or staff not being able to find their prescriptions and asking them to step out of line. I mentioned that my order has been in house now for 4 hrs and that this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I was told that I wasn't breaking her heart by saying that. Terrible place. There is ZERO communication between the front desk person and the pharmacists. We are consistently told to come in on a certain day to pick up medications only to arrive and say it will be a few more days. When THAT day arrives we call and are told come in at noon, drive to the pharmacy only to be told once AGAIN it will be days until it can be picked up? Finally they fill the prescription only to find it has once again been filled with the generic that you SPECIFICALLY told them multiple times that you can NOT take and it makes you sick!! (With weeks warning not to fill with that brand again or it will be refused!) This has been going on nearly every month since their "grand reopening". Despite every instance being the fault of this pharmacy and their disorganization these employees look at you like YOU are the problem! I am sorry but I would rather drive sixty miles than deal with this place again, good luck to you if you are burdened with a script being sent here is all I can say, will never go back! (Well, maybe if Chad owns it again but clearly the golden age of longbella is LONG GONE- RIP the great name of a once great pharmacy)

They kept getting nasty with me that took me 4 weeks to get my prescription. I went to my doctor's office and showed me the proof that prescription went through their system. this pharmacy is very disorganized and used so many excuses not having these orders. never again I will ever go back there unless there is a new pharmacy established in our location.
