Very depressing, back the day, the Westridge Mall used to have a former Herbergers (Closed in…read moreMid-2018) back then there used to be an old Woolworth's (An old 90's store) had a few stores, shoe shop, clothing store, a taekwondo area, a very small food court with 3 Guys Bar And Grill, and (I forgot the other food court tenant) anyways, since the stores started closing, and the main tenants started leaving, Herberger's and Woolworth's (Was demolished and replaced with Home Depot in 2001) And a Red Owl grocery in 85', and an old JCPenney store all are closed right now, all the stores started closing, the stores left are Dunham's Sports, Dollar Tree, (Recently added last year) Harbor Freight, So The point is that this mall had a few stores, but I think it wasn't very sucessful, so this mall is very depressing and you would have a much better time at the West Acres Mall in Fargo, ND See ya! -7dayzYT

We found it to be jam packed and vibrant with a busy food court and over 100 stores and attractions. You won't find any escalators or elevators inside, because it's a one-story mall. After we walked into the main entrance, we were greeted by a huge ceramic fireplace that must come in very handy on those cold North Dakota days and nights. One interesting thing I never saw before was a "Build A Bear" kiosk in the middle of the mall, and not inside a traditional mall store. The mall houses the Roger Maris Museum, a wonderful exhibit dedicated to its hometown baseball hero. We picked up coffee, a chai, and an iced tea and strolled around enjoying the sights. On the way out, we hit the very congested food court and took a Poke bowl from Ginza Ramen and Poke back to our hotel to share. It was wonderful seeing how "alive" this big mall was, in defiance of the downward spiraling of so many other malls.

This used to be a great place for one reason - the Best Buy used to be located in here…read more Once the Best Buy moved to it's current location in Fargo, though, this mall started to die... it's filled with some professional services (dentists and such) and a Hallmark and other small stores, but it's more like a glorified strip mall with a much bigger parking lot. On the grounds used to be a Disc & Play that bought old records from you; I'm not sure if it's still there, I'll have to swing around to see next time.

The mall is a shell of what it once was, and it never really was much when I was a kid back in the 80s. You've got Herbergers, Vic's Bar & Grill, and then what? This mall is basically the reason why downtown Moorhead became the eyesore that it currently is.

I bought some perfumes and she looked at my stuffs and said: these look good. And I said yeah, I've never used this brand before and hope it's perfect. And she replied: if not you can throw away for dogs. Then, she told her co-worker the same thing as she told me. In my opinion, it's not polite when you said those words to your customers even with your co-worker. Also, im asian and I feel she kinda have racism. And I returned my stuffs. Never come back. I grabbed a basket. This store is severely cluttered, with narrow aisles for 1 shopper or cart in them. They seem to mark their products with a black sharpie. This store is enormous. It looks like a lot of Costco, dollar tree excess stuff that didn't sell. Some prices were high even, such as $24 Legos and $8.99 towels. There are a boatload of toys and clothes. I bought an ND flag, Reeses popcorn, and 2 bottles of pop. They had Glacier National Park stuffed animals and excess stuff saying Silverton, CO. Places I had not been to. This pottery was alright, but then marked with a sharpie. How dumb. This place was very similar to Gopher Bargain Center in St Cloud. Oh, there's a lot of expired Easter candy. Anyone?
