I have to come out stating that part of the rating is in relation to what we normally see at other locations even out of state. This one seemed a bit small for a super Walmart, it's almost as if they used an old 70's Walmart sized store and crammed the super part in to make it a big store in a small footprint. We soon found out why. The selections are limited. We originally went in to find the Tylenol Migraine meds that we buy in every other state, it was not to be found at this location. They had two kinds, regular and extra strength, there was none of the other varieties to be seen. Moving on to the other few items we needed for our trip, those selection were limited as well. The brand variety was limited as well as the variety in types that a specific brand would have. The store was nice in itself, it's just the selection was limited. read more

I haven't really had any problems with this Walmart. I love how you can order online and do curbside pickup. Don't get me wrong, it has it's flaws as all Walmarts do, but it's not a bad store. read more

I avoid this wal-mart like the plague. The staff is very rude, and the store manager seems to take all day lunches( she's never in, and when you ask to speak to her you are told she's at lunch). There are 4 WM in Lafayette, one in Eunice and one in Ville Platte. CHOOSE ONE OF THEM!! BY ALL MEANS SPARE YOURSELF THE TORTURE OF GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!! If you think I'm over doing it, go there, you'll see... If I could they wouldn't receive a star at all. read more

Everything is pretty easy to find, and if you can't find something, they have no problem directing you to the right aisle. The store was super clean, felt safe, and you just can't beat the value of the dollar tree! They still have the 50 cent greeting cards, and you just won't find that anywhere else. The hours are great, there's plenty of parking outside, and you can get a lot of shopping done in this one plaza, because there are other shops, as well as a city buffet next door (I tried it out, it was amazing). definitely recommend this dollar tree, and will surely be returning for my greeting cards / gift cards / gift bags needs when I come into town for special occasions.
