Unfortunately, a shipped birthday gift of perishable foods arrived warm to the recipient. When I contacted Bourque's, I was referred to FedEx to pursue the claim myself. I later wrote to the company president asking that the matter be reconsidered, but I never received a response. FedEx ultimately denied my claim as untimely. While I still believe Bourque's has excellent products, I was disappointed by the way this shipping issue was handled and would hesitate to order perishable items for shipment again.
